Enjoy your stay at this luxurious 7-bedroom holiday home in Francorchamps with a private sauna in the relaxation area to stretch out after a tiring day. The holiday home is excellent for family get-togethers with up to 18 persons.

The stay is 1 km from the town centre, where you can go for your daily groceries and enjoy a hearty meal. There is a lake at 1 km for a pleasant day out and watching sunsets. If you fancy a day by the sea waters, you can drive 30 km and make it come true. You must explore the town of Spa with its medicinal thermal baths, Stavelot with its abbey and Malmedy with its culinary specialties.

The centrally heated holiday home has table football and billiards equipment. There are 2 barbecues to enjoy barbecuing on the terrace until the late hours. In the private fenced garden, you can have delicious home-cooked meals and linger with a cool drink. For the youngest guests on holiday, there are a children's bed and a high chair. Parking is available.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Die Fotos entsprachen nicht ganz dem, was tatsächlich da war. Es gab zum Beispiel keine Schaukel und kein Airhockey. Das, was da war, funktionierte nicht, obwohl wir es während des Aufenthalts selbst gemacht hatten Einige davon fielen von der Decke, wir hatten großes Glück, denn zu der Zeit schliefen zwei Leute darunter. Als wir das untersuchten, sahen wir, dass dieser Teil der Decke mit Klebeband befestigt war und das Holz bereits verrottet Als wir dies dem Besitzer meldeten, schien es, als sei er recht milde damit umgegangen. Zum Glück war der Rest der Woche sicher.

Das Haus braucht dringend eine Sanierung!!!!!!!!!!!
Der Besitzer ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mann. Das Haus ist nicht schlecht. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, war das eine Katastrophe. Überall Spinnen, Staub, schimmel..... im Wohnzimmer hat es richtig gestunken (man konnte es kaum noch aushalten). Das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig. Das schlimmste war, dass von der Decke das Wasser tropfte. Man hat auch gesehen, dass das nicht das erste Mal war, weil da schon gelbe Flecken waren. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir nicht richtig gespült haben!!!!!! Bitte???? Was kann man da fasch machen? Wir mussten schon 2 Eimer drunterstellen. Unsere Eltern sind früher nach Hause fahren, weil man da nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Was wir auch schlimm fanden, dass das Problem mit dem Wasser schon bekannt war, konnte aber nicht behoben werden, weil das Haus ständig ausgebucht ist. Also wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen und er zeigte uns das gesamte Haus. Das große Wohnzimmer mit bequemen und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie dem angegliederten Essbereich und die große Küche, entsprachen unseren vollständigen Vorstellungen. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodaß man die nahe, gut befahrene Straße, kaum hört. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in dieser Größenordnung, unschlagbar. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses, vor allem die Küche, würden wir als einzigen Mangel auflisten. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal in dieses Haus.

Die Unterkunft war okay. Die Zimmer sind gut augeteilt. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind geräumig. Leider fehlte es an Sauberkeit, vorallem in der Küche und den Bädern. Das Geschirr im Schrank war dreckig und die Gläser kleben im Regal. Vieles war defekt, zum Beispiel die Schiebetüren der Bäder, sowie die Konsolen. Der Air-Hockey war gar nicht erst vorhanden :/. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr schlecht. Teilweise hat man gar keine Antwort bekommen, oder man hat aneinander vorbei geschrieben.... Der Besitzer spricht auch nur französisch. Noch einmal würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht buchen.

La maison est agréable et cosy. Nous avons bien profité du jardin. La quantité de salle de bain et de WC est optimal. Il y a du confort et du matériel. Une telle location mériterait , cependant, d'être mieux entretenue.

Huis is oud en het dak lekt, tevens schimmel. Op de website van belvilla stond aangegeven dat er sprake was van cv maar deze deed het niet. Er waren diverse kachels geplaatst dus het leek erop dat de cv al langer defect was. Dit had dan ook op de website vermeld kunnen/ moeten worden. Het opgegeven nummer van de huiseigenaar bestond niet. Dit was ook het enige nummer dat Belvilla had dus contact met de eigenaar ivm aankomst was niet mogelijk. Al met al een mindere ervaring. Daarbij vind ik het zeer vreemd dat dit huis zo’n goede beoordelingen heeft gekregen.

Très très bien 😊 nous avons passé un bon séjour, maison comme sur la description, propriétaire disponible et très agréable, chouettes ballades à faire aux environs et ligne de bus juste à côté de la maison pour ceux non motorisés. Je recommande.

Bij aanvang moesten we erop aandringen om rond 16.00 uur in te kunnen checken ivm kleine kinderen. De huiseigenaar wilde liever dat we om 17.00 uur zouden inchecken ivm schoonmaken. Wij kregen een sms met toegangscode. Het schoonmaken liet de wensen over, hierdoor hebben wij minimaal 1 uur zelf eea schoongemaakt en spinnen inclusief spinnenweb weggehaald. Woning is van alles voorzien van borden, tot pannen tot glazen. Dubbele vaatwassers en koelkasten. Droger etc. De dubbele slaapkamer op de begane grond was vochtig en onhandig ingedeeld. Andere kamers waren netjes zoals op afbeeldingen. De sauna instructies moet men heel nauw nemen. Wij hebben helaas hierdoor de sauna niet kunnen gebruiken. Lees de instructies nauwkeurig! De eerste avond bleek dat een van de douche, toilet en wasbak op de bovenste verdieping verstopt zat. Dit gemeld bij de huiseigenaar. Vervolgens is hij op een moment gekomen dat we niet thuis waren. Bij vertrek is hij samen met een loodgieter gekomen. De kosten waren bijna 500 euro! En de huiseigenaar heeft deze kosten in onze schoenen gestopt! Gelukkig waren wij via Bellvila hiervoor verzekerd, maar dit verdiend geen schoonheidsprijs om op deze manier je huis op te knappen. Wij gaan iig niet terug naar dit huisje!

Arrviée très pratique avec code d'entrée. Hébergement spacieux, bien équipé toutefois un grand nettoyage en profondeur serait plus que nécessaire, poussiéreux, four et frigo sales. Un paquet de poulet traînait dans le surgélateur. Le chauffage central ne fonctionnait pas, heureusement qu'il y avait des chauffages électriques d'appoint. Petite déception entre les photos des chambres reprises sur le site et le visuel réel. Bien situé pour visiter la région (Stavelot, Spa et le circuit de Francorchamps).

Tijdens ons verblijf was het fantastisch weer dus wij zijn vooral veel buiten geweest en hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de mooie stenen bbq's. Het huis is heel compleet. Een eigen douche en toilet op iedere kamer is erg fijn. Verder zijn alle voorzieningen ruim voldoende aanwezig. De schoonmaak mag wel wat beter en het biljart moet gerepareerd worden. De poten zaten los waardoor het biljart zo op je tenen kan vallen. De tv biedt geen Nederlandse zenders, dus neem even een kabel mee als je ('s-avonds) toch de NL tv-zenders wil kijken.

Gutes Haus. Passend eingerichtet. Ca. 20 Gehminuten von der Rennstrecke entfernt. Keine Nachbarn, so das es nicht stört wenn man Abends als größere Gruppe draußen sitzt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
