There are several flights of stairs to climb before you reach the front door. We do not offer same-day refunds because someone in your party cannot climb the stairs. This is a wonderful, well thought out space, fully equipped with supplies and everything you could possibly need during your time in Tahoe and we will take great care of you once you reach the top of the stairway to our Heavenly condo. We hope to help you have an incredible time in Tahoe, have a great day and we'll see you soon!

During your stay, enjoy complete privacy within our condo. Also, as part of the community, you'll have access to the Clubhouse Pool and Hot Tub, conveniently located at the rear of our building. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a quick drive, these amenities are easily accessible. The hot tub remains open year-round for your relaxation, while the heated swimming pool awaits during the summer season, offering a refreshing retreat for our guests.

We won't bother you unless you need something :-) We will be accessible for guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app should you have any questions about your stay or the area.
