Great Place
Stayed for two weeks, the house and amenities were perfect for a prolong stay. During our visit there were several storms which was awesome to have a garage and heated driveways. Loved the house and yard. The location can’t be beat!

Location, Location, Location!!!
Five stars for location and the house, backyard and hot tub!!! However some minor issues with front door key code failing (this has happened on two separate stays), weak WiFi (I turned it off on my phone), and no AC (thermostat instructions leads you to believe there is AC) results in rating of 4 stars. Regardless, we love staying here as the location is perfect for us as it is so close to Stateline, the beach and walking trails, and the house is perfect for us! We love the backyard with the hot tub, artificial grass for our small dog, and love the fact that it is quiet right next to the golf course! You can have your coffee at the little bar that faces the golf course with the pine trees and mountains as the backdrop!

Best place to rent in Lake Tahoe.
This was hands down the best experience I've ever had while renting a spot for a weekend. The house was spacious yet comfy, decorated lovely, and offered an incredible atmosphere for relaxation after a long day on the slopes. This place is 2 minutes from downtown Lake Tahoe, and 10 min from Heavenly. Couldn't ask for a better location. The jacuzzi was perfect for recovering from 8 hours of skiing too, left me feeling rejuvenated and ready for the next day.

Great stay!
The House was great! Located very close to Stateline nightlife and restaurants. We brought our dog along and he enjoyed the location as much as us. There was a great walking trail right next to the house which led directly to the beach. It was perfect to walk him! Overall a great property that I would recommend to anyone. We will probably book again!

Great location
We loved how close this property was to Heavenly Village. It was clean and moderately stocked, with useful appliances. The hot tub wasn't working for the duration of our stay, though we were informed right away when Vacasa noticed the problem. The roof started leaking during a rainstorm, but aside from notifying Vacasa and speaking to someone who said he would come right away to cover the roof before the blizzard, we left before it could impact us. The master bathroom was small, but otherwise we enjoyed the space. I would consider staying again, though I would need reassurances that the leaking was repaired.

Summer Getaway would best
We stayed at Escape to Edgewood in December to ski. It is an awesome location but the communication with the management company is very poor. I texted and emailed and finally had to call with each problem. There were several maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before we stayed. There is limited streaming available due to the age of the TV and chrome. This home is cold despite constantly turning up the heat and therefore I would recommend it as a summer vacation home. The neighbor was amazingly kind and helpful. Kitchen is well stocked and supplies provided were above expectation.

Location, Location, Location!
We loved staying at the Edge of Edgewood. It is right behind where the Lakeside Inn and Casino used to be. There is a nice walking trail near the house and the proximity to the beach, casinos and the new Tahoe Blue Event Center (which we had tickets to) can’t be beat! We were very pleased with the house itself, the cleanliness of it (after reading some of the more concerning reviews) and modern furnishings. The dogs loved the backyard and AstroTurf is a much cleaner solution than grass, weeds or dirt especially during the wet seasons! We also loved the hot tub! The master bathroom although small, was perfect for my elderly mother as it has a walk in shower, handheld shower head, and a hand rail. The only complaints we had was that the access code to the front door stopped working the night before we checked out. We got locked out for 15 minutes while trying to reach VACASA guest services who were eventually able to give us a new code. The house thermostat also needs to be fixed as once you figure out how to use it (they give you the manual), the panel is loose so if you don’t push on it properly the heater disengages. We had it go haywire the night before we checked out as well, but we were able to get it to set properly by midnight that night after about 5 tries. We had to try to balance the heat as the master bedroom would stay cold while the other smaller bedrooms would get too warm. Turning on the gas fireplace was a nice way to warm the common areas, but then the bedrooms would get cold. All in all, we had a great stay with just a few minor inconveniences.

Sharing My Honest Experience at Lake Tahoe Vrbo Rental
Highlights: the property's location near Edgewood, shopping, and the beach. The convenience added value to the trip. I commend Vacasa's responsiveness, which helped enhance our overall experience. Lowlights: Strong odor of pet urine indoors was an immediate concern. Tiny master bathroom and mold in the shower. The intrusion of a motion-sensing security light affecting sleep, along with inadequate blinds compromising rest and privacy. The backyard was also marred by an enduring pet urine odor and our discovery of dog feces needed attention. Issues continued as ants infiltrated the kitchen despite closed windows. Although Raid helped, the ant issue persisted. More alarmingly, evidence of a rat in the living area and kitchen raised discomfort and safety concerns. Chewed bananas and bagels, paw prints on kitchen counter, rat trap behind the couch and rat droppings in kitchen were clear indicators. Vacasa knew of this issue before and during my stay. Lastly, encountering another giant gray rat near the deck during hot tub use added to the discomfort. We couldn’t relax and Vacasa's suggestion of procuring rat traps ourselves was laughable. My intent in sharing these experiences is not solely to express discontent but to offer an accurate perspective. While the property's prime location and Lake Tahoe's beauty are undeniable, the $$$$ paid for three nights did not align with the range of issues – odors, mold, ants, rats, feces, and insufficient resolutions.

Great value for my money.
This is the second time I have stayed here. There are several improvements, including new spa, hardwood floors, and a much bigger beautiful master shower. They have installed a wrought iron fence in the back. This opens up the view to the golf course. The TV and couch are perfect for a football weekend and we could walk to the concert. The House was clean and well stocked. We look forward to our next stay!

Perfect for the Whole Family!
This house was a perfect place for our family weekend in Tahoe! We had 5 adults, our 1-year old Granddaughter, and both of our dogs with us and everyone enjoyed the space. The backyard was great for the dogs and a fun place for us to relax and play games. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather and spend time together. Can’t wait to come back!

Terrific location near Edgewood
This house is wonderful for 6 people. It is spacious inside and has a terrific backyard. The quaint house has room for sitting and socializing along with playing games in the backyard. It was a fantastic location in Nevada close to the Edgewood golf course.

Amazing Location and Accomodation
Had a great time at this property. My girlfriends and I were staying for one of our best friends weddings and this location was perfect for getting to and from the Edgewood Property where wedding events were. You have a great view of the Edgewood Golf Course and then of course the backyard amenities were a hit between hot tub and then corn hole. We had a blast! Appreciate the hosts for opening their home up and allowing us all to see Lake Tahoe for our first time in the best way.

Easy Convenient Stay
We fun staying at the Edge of Edgewood. Check in and out was easy. I liked the location it was amazing and great views. The shower and hot tub was amazing. My only critiques would be that the Wifi was not very fast and the check out time seemed a little early. Other then that great stay would defiantly rebook this location again if given the opportunity, very easy access to the casinos.
