House is very well taken care of, property is quiet. Hosts are very great with communication and having instructions on how to use anything you would need. Very great stay!
We had a great stay, loved the house and made great memories. The house is charming and in a great location for us. It was clean and well organized. The owner was kind, prompt and accommodating.
The property was extremely clean and comfortable with sufficient supplies for our stay away from home. The home owner was accommodating and quick to respond. It is close to the college in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend!
We were very happy with this lovely home. It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of extras are provided making it much easier not to have to worry about bringing everything with us. Great location for all of the places we wanted to go during our short stay. Loved that it was close to a Wegmans and great restaurants. Nice walkable neighborhood that was very quiet. Great communication with the owner. Always happy to find pet friendly places. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.
It was an excellent location. Easy in and out! Had a nice hospitality/welcome gift basket and cold bottled water in the fridge. Thank you. Thankfully we only needed 2 bedrooms as 1 bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke.
The owner was helpful, had recommendations for me as far as restaurants and things to do. The property is in one of the residential areas in State College and super close to Walmart, Trader Joe’s and Penn State.
A wonderful token welcomed my sisters and I, bottle of sangria and a basket with power bars and candy, wonderful and thoughtful touch!
We recently stayed here (Jan. 26-28). The place feels bigger than what it actually is. We felt right at home. Our host was gracious. No issues with anything. About a 5 minute drive to center of State College which was awesome. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. We will definitely try to book this place again, next time we are in the area.
Visiting our PSU graduate student for the weekend and this home was a perfect getaway. It was nice to be able to have our daughter and her friend over to play some games and get away from their apartments and rigors of grad/lab work. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, welcoming and the house was super clean, and had all the comforts of home. While we were visiting, we even got 3+inches of snow. The hosts were over first thing to take care of snow removal and make sure we were taken care of. We will stay here again and look forward to it!
Everything was neat and tidy, lots of attention to detail. We had a minor issue with the access code late at night, and our host showed up in less than 10 minutes to help. If my son ends up attending Penn State, will definitely keep this in mind for visits! :)
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely clean and in a nice neighborhood. We loved the welcome gift. The location was perfect for going to Penn State to see the White-Out football game!
Our family had a lovely stay close to Penn State. We were welcomed with awesome snacks in a clean home on a lovely tree lined street. Location was perfect and the owner was very thoughtful in the little extras provided. We would love to stay again!!
This place was amazing. The host gave snacks and a bottle of Sangria. It was close to everything and not far from Penn State and where my daughter was moving into. Would stay again. They even supplies coffee, creamer, shampoo and body wash along with laundry pods. Would rent again!
The location is ideal - in a wooded, quiet neighborhood, but close to PSU. Anything you need can be found on nearby Atherton Street. The house is comfortable and clean. We especially liked the air conditioning during the hot spell!
