"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"We were in town with friends for an event in downtown Greenville. This location was great! The apartment was really cute, very clean, and had all of the required amenities. Communication with owner was great too. He was very quick to respond. The walk to downtown through the West End enabled us to experience a fun part of Greenville that we had not seen in the past. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next visit to Greenville. "

"This charming studio apartment is in a convenient location. It is very clean and well kept. Plenty of lighting, extra bedding and pillows. There were some extra essentials if you needed them. I expected smaller guest quarters, but it's a full, roomy apartment. The location was perfect for me, and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. "The apartment was exactly as shown and expected. It is connected to the main house, shares an atrium with the residents and presumably those in the RVs on the other side of the home. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pond listening to turkeys (I think) in the distance and enjoying the quiet and calm away from the city. Everything was comfortable and clean. We were about 5 minutes from downtown Travelers Rest with good food and coffee....
