"This was by far, one of the BEST places we've ever stayed in. The grounds are lovely and the hotel/b&b is even lovelier. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was clean, cozy and very well appointed. Delainey was a graciouis, friendly and caring host who put her heart and soul into making us feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast is yummy and generous, cooked to perfection. We will DEFINITELY be back many, many, many times. We stayed in the Rolling Stones room. King size bed was so comfy and cozy and linens were top notch. It was like sleeping on a cloud. Roku TV provided as well as wifi. Bathroom was super clean and cute, with so many extra touches. This place is so well cared for with an eye for each guests comfort at the forefront. We just can't say enough about this property and Delainey. Just a wonderful experience."

"We stayed here and it was a true paradise, very quiet and very very pretty. The cottage is on a really nice bend in the river, you can sit on the front porch and just watch it go by. The place is newly updated, very clean and presentable. We would stay here again. Also, check out Animal Adventure Park 5 min away."

"What a perfect weekend get away for a family wedding in Carbondale at St. Rose of Lima Church and then reception at Birchtown Wedding and Evenings, which as less than 3 miles from the house! The home is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed views on the porches of the lake and time out by the fire pit. Just lovely!"
