"If you want a very local-feeling hotel, this fits the bill. Beach area is concrete w/lounge chairs. Check-in person was very gracious but evening person was the opposite. We needed extra towels because shower had created wet mess in bathroom — told that would cost extra. (The manager did finally approve replacement dry towels). Room view was outstanding, breakfast buffet was sufficient. Bars of soap smallest possible. Surprised it is 4 stars; more like 3."

"Hotel has been superbly renovated, and is stylish and comfortable. A good breakfast was also offered. Disappointingly, despite the hotel offering parking, none was available, so on-street parking was the option ( and the paid parking in the street up the hill is cheaper than outside the hotel. Also, there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, and no option to obtain even hot water (we had our own tea, coffee & milk). "

"Il posto è defilato rispetto alla costa, lungo una stradina abbastanza battuta ma senza servizi nelle vicinanze, per cui risulta un po' isolato. La struttura antica è stata resa gradevole e accogliente con un arredamento piacevole. Avrebbe una potenzialità enorme se il personale fosse più preciso, organizzato e professionale. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile ma senza lei, si ha l'impressione che l'accoglienza del posto e la cura nei dettagli venga decisamente meno. Peccato."

This is not the high season so you make want to book some other month if you wish a more Vivid experience. By far, the very best steak Tatar I have ever tried in my entire life! "Only issue with hotel was noise... but as with so many hotels in Croatia, it was constructed before soundproofing was a "thing" - so of you ever have a need or desire to stay in Karlovac bring a sound machine or some ear plugs and enjoy this charming hotel with excellent service and comfortable rooms. Right on the river, in the middle of a lovely park, we very much enjoyed our stay except for being awakened too often and too early by hallway noise. The included breakfast was also good, but...

"Hier fühlt man sich nicht als Kunde, sondern als eine Nummer. Das Hotel ist im generellen modern und schön eingerichtet, das einzig Positive! Nun leider ist das Bett ganze Zeit auseinander gerutscht, sodass ein riesen Spalt zwischen den Matratzen war. Das Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt… überall lag Staub und hangen Spinnweben herum. Vom Badezimmer war ich am meisten geschockt, die Abflussrinne war komplett voll kit langen schwarzen Haaren der „Vorbesucher“. Am ersten Tag hat die Reinigungsdame...
