"Pozitiva: Příjemný hotel v krásné přírodě, prostorný pokoj s terasou, ocenili jsme parkování v podzemní garáži. Negativa: Pokojské, které nemluvily a nerozuměly česky... takže na žádost o výměnu ručníků nebo doplnění mýdla v koupelně nereagovaly... nepochopily, co se po nich žádá. Na mé gusto studený bazén... ve wellness hotelu bych čekala teplejší vodu, zvlášť pokud je venku zima. "

"Great atmosphere, nice restaurant, beautiful surroundings, although isolated. Poor room service, they just removed the garbage, beds were a mess always, not much English speaking, some yes, but it was not easy to get around."

Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."
