"The hotel is lovely unfortunately the service levels are poor. Breakfast service was awful and the food was average. We had to repeatedly ask for items that hadn't been replenished and on our last day they had no milk. If you stay here you will have to manage your expectations and let the manager know if you are not happy as he assured me that he wants to meet the customers expectations."

"I would never stay at that hotel. The room smelled like sewage. We brought it up to staff and they said that all of the rooms smelled like that.... at one point we were the only ones at the hotel, and now I understand the reason. The staff were very nice, but sleeping with the smell of sewage was a very unpleasant experience. Do not stay at this place."

Première mauvaise surprise : le spa (jacuzzi, sauna...) annoncé est "cassé" nous dit-on. "The girl serving as the receptionist was really nice, unfortunately it was not possible to have a queen size bed and we had to sleep on 2 adjoining ones. The area is reachable by car and there is only the hotel restaurant available to dine in the vicinity. There was no shower gel which was disappointing. "
