"Unverlässlich "

"Booked the apartment 1 month earlier, got the confirmation, a day before arrival called the owner and got told that the price i played was wrong, and that he didn't confirm any booking of the apartment. Price offered by the host was 3 times begger than originally payed on the site. Called the support and they couldn't find a solution. At the end had to cancel everything and get an other accomodation elsewhere."

BED BUGS

"BED BUGS. Top floor room #7. No housekeeping during entire four day stay. Never saw a single staff member on-site. Keys just left on the counter for check-in. Internet DOES NOT work at the upper level floors. Owner unwilling to partial refund or acknowledge any issues with stay."
