Large Upscale House for 17 with Firepit in Star

This house is made for large groups of up to 17 people. The spacious kitchen accommodates several cooks, and the dining table is for 10 people, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile.
15 guests will have a real bed, 2 will have a queen size air mattress.
Rates are based on 12 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 17. The additional guest charge applies to the entire duration of your booking, i.e. if you are booked for 5 nights, the additional guest charge applies to 5 nights, even if a guest only stays for 3 nights. Please book with your best estimate for headcount - you will have a chance to true up headcount right before travel dates.

Since I am an avid traveler myself, I know what matters to guests: having a feeling of comfort when you walk in. Knowing everything is spic-and-span, even if you look under the beds. High-quality mattresses, pillows, and bedding. Beautiful décor. I hope you will love this house.
You can use the house as well as the garage, as well as the backyard.
I live in Boise, about 35 mins from this house. I prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with me is via SMS/Text. I will respond within the hour.
The house is in a residential neighborhood and on a very quiet street.
You will definitely want to have a car.

Great place to stay,
Loved the central location and the space of the layout. The beds were so comfortable, the backyard was a great space for children, and it really fit 3 married couples, four children and three single adults comfortably. Wonderful experience!!

The house was beautiful, modern and clean. The host was welcoming through email and available.
No complaints besides one set of sheets missing from a bed, and we weren’t super clear on how to lock the door, but those were minor things that didn’t effect our stay much. It was overall the perfect place for our large, multi family group.

The latest girthing of the Lindsay Clan, Star, Idaho
This home is centrally located in Treasure Valley near shopping, site seeing, skiing, hiking, biking, and many other attractions with in 20 mile radius. We enjoyed playing games, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, while waiting for new year fire works.

Great for multiple families - large group
This home is well maintained, clean and has lots of sleeping space. We came to the Boise area for a youth baseball tournament and shared this house with 2 other families. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is in a great location, not too far from all of the fun activities that the Boise area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay
This home was cozy with plenty of space for all of us. It sits in a quiet little neighborhood and has a fantastic backyard. Yes, it's winter time, however, we enjoyed the fire pit and the covered back porch. There were plenty of dishes and all the pots/pans needed to cook our meals. Communication with the property management was stellar. We will stay here again.

Great Property and nicely stocked!
I stayed here with a group of runners and chaperones for the Nike XC races. It was great! Plenty of room for the 10 of us and the house has all of the basics needed to cook and clean up several people. We appreciated the outside space, use of the BBQ and fire pit, as well as the quiet neighborhood and private setting. The house was clean. There were a few odd things we didn’t have the opportunity to mention to the managers. One of the TVs didn’t work and a few of the wall outlets. The water had a strong chlorine smell and taste but we are all used to well water so perhaps that is normal for some people. We ended up buying drinking water.The location was great, near shopping and restaurants.

Family reunion
We had our family reunion here. We planned for 17 but only 7 people were able to attend. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and safe. The house was clean and well appointed. It’s close to grocery stores and shopping. We toured the College of Idaho Campus while we were there. We had a good time and everyone loved the place!

Cute Oasis
This was such a cute place to stay with family while we were in town for our nephew's graduation. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The bathroom situation was a little tricky but workable since there were only two full baths, but once we came up with a plan it was fine. The neighborhood was safe. The back yard was so fun. Everything was super clean & modern and I would definitely recommend this property to others!!!

Home away from home
My large extended family and I traveled to Boise to attend my son's graduation and wanted to maximize our time together. This beautiful house served as our comfortable home base for the trip. Comfortably slept 15, great layout, and wonderful backyard. Every interaction with Sam the host was great! She was extremely responsive, had thorough/clear communication, and even included a bunch of great restaurant recommendations. If I ever travel to the Boise area again with a large group, I will definitely stay here again!

Roomy and Relaxing
It was everything that's posted and more There’s more beds than we needed, everyone was able to stretch out and entertain ( w/ 5 adult kids and friends stopping by). We were in town for my son’s Fire Academy Graduation. I like cooking big breakfast for all who’ll show up It was perfect (w/ the island, Kit table and Patio) It also has a roomy 3 car garage (if the weather doesn’t permit you to go out - my kids have lots of energy and the backyard was awesome We’ll be back

Family wedding
The house was perfect for our large family to stay together while being in the area to attend our youngest son’s wedding. Perfect set up for each family unit to have their own bedroom together, with plenty of bathrooms to shower and bathe young children. The kitchen and living room spaces were large and roomy to fit us all. The garage was spacious to accompany our loaded vehicles, coming from out of state with camping plans on the way home. Family Get Together
The home was perfict for our family get together. Home was clean, well furnished and conferrable for all. It matches the description in the listing - we were not disappointed at all. The kitchen had all the cooking and table ware needed; the living area downstares was great and the upstairs bedrooms awesome. we also enjoyed the backyard patio area. Celebrating a birthday with our Boise State student.
Family travel from Oregon to celebrate our daughter‘s birthday. She’s currently a Boise State College student, and we thought it would be fun to rent a house and spend some time with her in Idaho. It was everything we hoped it would be. The house was very clean, huge, comfortable. The house had all the amenities we needed for cooking, sleeping, relaxing. Family Thanksgiving Celebration
It can be stressful cooking a Thanksgiving dinner in a kitchen you’re not used to, but this kitchen is well supplied and we had no issues cooking our dinner in this beautiful home. The fire was lit and the Christmas tree was sparkling. Our family was watching college football and the grandkids were playing. The house was spacious with comfortable mattresses and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. It was definitely a lovely family get together in a beautiful home!

The best VRBO
We absolutely love this house, the neighbors, and the neighborhood. We were the last owners of this house and lived in it for 5 years before moving out of state. We just rented for 5 nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of the last several places we’ve stayed, the house is clean, and we loved having a fire pit and pickle ball to keep everyone happy. The street is very quiet and safe too. There is a dip in the road in front of the house, so everyone drives very slowly. Stay here if you like peace, quiet, safe, and clean. This house makes me so happy. Can’t wait to go back 😊
