"This was a great place for 4 of us (myself, my wife, 2 teen/adult daughters) to stay when we made a college visit to WVU. Close to campus and the main street, and just upstairs from a guitar shop where we visited a local art exhibit in the evening. Super cute - but I suggest earplugs and/or noise cancelling devices as the highway & construction noise from adjacent traffic was an issue. "

"This unit was perfect for myself and two friends for a weekend in morgantown for a football game. It was clean and clearly updated with new flooring, painting, and even had a heated bathroom floor! Within walking distance of high street bars and tucked away for a quiet sleep. I would definitely stay again. "

"Property was old and poorly maintained. Check in was ok but clerk was on a phone call that he wouldn't put on hold. The room looked like the above picture but I had to sop out fridge to use then temp irregular. I had to crawl around looking for a plug for one of the bed lights. I had to change bulbs around so all 3 lamps would light. Finally the bathroom was so small you had to close the door to sit on the commode or get to the tub. My mother slipped in the shower and no one answered the phone...

"Family weekend down from Connecticut to see our son/brother/grandson/nephew/cousin & enjoy a WVU game as well. Property was beautiful, immaculately kept and cozy. Morgan is an attentive host, reachable and accommodating to individual needs. We traveled with our dog and was able to bring an extra blow up bed for a small additional fee.
