"My stay was amazing, quiet, convenient and much needed. When I checked in there was a wait but after everything was settled I walked into a spacious clean queen sized beds and room. The fresh air was blowing from the window. The temperature was just right. "Initially there was a lot of pieces of hair and overall unclean pillow cases in one of the beds. They did give us another room without hesitation snd that one was better. Beds were comfortable. I’m not sure why it was only some rooms, but I did see a room that had hard wood floors. We had carpet. Overall pretty clean. A big plus is they came every day we were there to check trash, towels, and toilet paper. Most other places we’ve stayed, we end up having to ask for those things or they only...

"We got stuck at the airport in Augusta after delayed flights, this meant that there was no car hire service or taxis. When I rang the hotel to ask that they keep my reservation they offered to send a shuttle, this was at 01:30 in morning on a Sunday (9th March) night. Awesome service, hugely appreciated. "

"Tiana and Patrick the owners are so gracious and wonderful !!! The wedding cottage was decorated lovely , private . We had two grandmothers who loved the rocking chairs in the porch and our 9 year old loved playing in the stream on the property . Our cat and dog loved the space as well ! This truly is a Jewell ! We will return . "
