Only 1 km away from the breathtaking Wolfsklamm gorge is located on a hill the lovingly furnished apartment Roßweid in the listed farm. The mansard apartment was lovingly renovated by its owners in recent years. Partially 500 years old wooden beams were exposed and in combination with modern and new made into a small piece of jewelry. The charm of old and new, makes the special coziness from, in this 115m ² large apartment. It offers space for 4 people and is located in the courtyard of the landlords, who have leased it to fulfill their lifelong dream. In addition to the numerous hiking opportunities directly from the farm, there are still various animals such as chickens, rabbits, goats, horses and donkeys on site.

An outdoor staircase leads to the terrace, from which you can already enjoy a magnificent view to soak up the sun, play games or enjoy deliciously prepared meals, the benches as well as the table are just perfect for this. The accompanying electric grill completes the terrace and nothing stands in the way of a barbecue.
In the apartment you will be welcomed by a spacious living room with rustic exposed wood. The large and comfortable couch with the accompanying large TV with satellite TV invite you to relax. The extremely suitable chair with its own floor lamp invites you to read exciting books and the large solid wood table with the solid wood bench and chairs is a real treat. You can sit there comfortably, play exciting games or enjoy a delicious meal together. The wood stove ensures pleasant temperatures. The kitchen is fully equipped and impresses with a fully automatic coffee machine and high-quality and tasteful materials. Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) in which you are guaranteed a restful sleep and beautiful dreams. The bathroom is a real feast for the eyes, especially the sink with the large mirror. The large shower is an added bonus.

Location:
After a 4.7 km private road you will arrive at the farm of the landlords in Stans. With a little luck, the horses as well as donkeys are already waiting for you there. Right next to the farm is the Roßweidhütte and offers numerous hikes directly from the hut. Particularly recommended is the Wolfsklamm gorge and the pilgrimage site of St. Georgenberg, both of which can be easily reached in 20 minutes on foot. At the pilgrimage inn St. Georgenberg it is also excellent to dine and the panorama there will inspire you. The Stans swimming pool is only 4.5 minutes away and guarantees a great day in the outdoor pool. In winter there is the small Burglift Stans in 4.5 km, this is perfect for beginners and inexperienced skiers. The next biggest skiing area "Kellerjoch" is in 18,8 km and is located at the Kellerjoch. In addition to skiing, here you can also take the lift to the Hecherhaus and from there start the 4 km long and fun downhill run with the toboggan.
