Discover The Rustic Reserve, nestled in the former tasting room of Wisteria Farm and Vineyard. This charming space offers a queen bed, sofa bed, and modern amenities amidst scenic beauty. Ideal for 4 guests, including kids and dogs. Enjoy vineyard views, local wine, and a community steeped in hospitality. A unique retreat where rustic charm meets comfort. Pet-friendly with a fee. Book your peaceful getaway now!
We require that the guest who made the reservation has their ID verified with Airbnb before they arrive and is present for the reservation.
We have a $80 per hour unapproved late checkout fee. If our cleaners have to leave and come back, there is an additional $80 fee.
Enjoy yourselves! Our amenities are for you to sit outside and relax 24/7, but please do so with our neighbors in mind.
Outside of quiet hours, please refrain from yelling or playing loud music outdoors.
Please keep doors and unscreened windows closed as much as possible.
Please do not connect security cameras to our wifi without informing us first.
Please do not trespass on our neighbor’s property, porches, etc.
Pets:
Our pet fee is charged through the platform at the time of booking when you add pet guests to your reservation. If you need to add a pet to your reservation, please submit an alteration request or reach out and we can send you an alteration request :)
Please disclose all pet guests, both visiting and overnight.
Please keep your pups on a leash outside.
Please pick up all pet waste.
