"I enjoyed everything about Viana Hotel & Spa, and if i have to refer anyone that going to hemsteap for a few that will be the first place in mind, David the security guard was so friendly, the front staff very knowledgeable and helpful, the bar, drinks are a big 10, the breakfast buffet was very good and lots of choices, i didnt try the restaurant for dinner but from what i heard its sound very good as well, the room was very clean and anything that i couldve ask for was already there, my kids enjoy the pool and me the jacuzzi and Saunas, everything went above my expectations, Great Staff overall, Keep it up Viana, and i hope to visit again in a near future."

"Room size was good. Old school A/C Heater combo wall unit was awesome. Much better than what newer hotels have. You can actually chose to change the temp to what you want! Large bathroom with nice shower. Something to be said about the old school fixtures and appliances before the dreaded energy efficient "upgrades" ruin it. Fridge was nice and cold. I didn't use the microwave. The black out curtains did their job. The practically useless soap discs were the size of a quarter and almost lathered acceptably. The conditioner was clearly used and not replaced. Bring your own or risk not getting the job done. "
