"Great dog friendly hotel. Lots of lovely extras like free coffee and cake. Free Dog washing facilities. Free on street parking. Lovely atmosphere throughout. Only negative was the room didn’t smell fresh had an unpleasant doggie smell unfortunately. But other than that all facilities excellent! Would definitely recommend. "

"Staying at Fa was truly a mixed bag; moments of bliss and delight but times of frustration. There was plenty of parking and the location in Helmsley is beautiful. The welcome at hotel and spa reception was par excellence. The quality of the evening meal (food and service) was wonderful. A true highlight of the stay. "A fabulous experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Our room was a good size, lean and comfortable. The bathroom was equally a good size, very clean. We attended the New Years Eve dinner and disco which was good value for money. Again the staff were friendly. Food was very good as was the entertainment. Breakfast was equally as good with a wide selection at the buffet. A brilliant stay and we look forward to coming back. "

"The Spa Hotel sits just above the gorgeous coastline with an easy path down to the seaside. It is a slightly steep hill up to the town center, but that's easily walkable. The restaurant was excellent and everyone so kind and friendly. I saw the most spectacular sunrise and sunset at the property. You can't help but fall in love with the Hotel and it's natural beauty in the seaside surroundings."

"Overall pleasant stay, presented well and clean. Amazing breakfast with friendly staff. Room was generous size. Our main complaints are the floodlight shining through the window all night with thin curtains, speaker in the ceiling downstairs that hasn’t been soundproofed so there’s fairly loud music playing when trying to sleep and lack of decent shower that’s also nearly impossible to set at a consistent temperature.
