"I had to contact the property for check in details because I still hadn’t received them on arrival, they tried to blame me for not receiving the email. Then the fridge didn’t work, but “it was working an hr ago when I was there for an inspection” then the primary bathroom wouldn’t drain. I had to have them come out twice. I had also extended the stay and then after moving travel arrangements they decided to revoke the extension because I complained and made them fix things. After this, tried to accuse us of smoking pot, even though husband is a federal Marshall and I am 12 days PP. couches with pull out bed was filthy and so was primary exhaust fan which made it smell of mildew. Good thing we didn’t need the pullouts. "

"The property overall is quite nice. The only thing that suprised me was that I thought I'd be staying in Ivins. The description was a "Tiny RV in Ivins.". That probably ought to be changed. Ivins is quite a ways off from where I was staying. Otherwise it was wonderful."

"Room was clean and nice. Despite refurbishing going on, on the first floor it was quiet. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is the pillows. Those were the lumpiest pillows I have ever seen. Besides that, place was great. "
