This beautiful and high quality furnished apartment in the former Rio Reiser house extends over 95sqm. The apartment is in the former Hall and thus there are sleeping area, dining area and living area (with sofa bed) with a fireplace in one room. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A direct terrace access from the living area lets you come to the terrace, which is only used by you.

Sehr entspannt, super viel Platz, Inneneinrichtung geschmackvoll. Liegt etwas abseits und man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Hervorragend für alle, die Ruhe suchen.

Nytårsaften
Mangelfuld rengøring. Døde insekter overalt i boligen. Toilettet var ikke skyllet ud. Badeværelset lugtede af kloak under hele vores ophold. Et koldt hus, som tog et døgn at få varmet op. Dyner og hovedpuder lugtede brugt. Køkkenet var mangelfuld. Manglede en håndmixer, proptrækker og knivene var sløve og det var ikke muligt at slibe dem. Beliggenheden er perfekt i forhold til at afholde en stille nytårsaften med vores hund. Huset er mere praktisk om sommeren, hvor man kan nyde haven. Men til et ophold om vinteren i tre døgn, ville jeg vælge et andet udlejningshus.

Ich finde es schade das man mit dem Namen Rio Reiser Haus Menschen anzieht um noch nicht mal 1 Bild oder eine Biografie auslegt . Das Haus liegt super ruhig . Wie sooft in Ferienhäusern, ist das Bett eine Katastrophe. Die Besitzer sollten sich mal 1 Nacht da reinlegen . Im großen Ganzen wird hier einfach nur Geld gezogen , spärliche bis gar keine Ausstattung. Eines sei noch erwähnt Stephan der Haus Geist ist ein ganz Netter !! Wenn ihr mit Hunde anreist besprecht aber bitte die Regeln zwischen euren und seinen Hunden .

Haus zum Entspannen -Lage top, -Ausstattung durchwachsen
Wer ein Haus mit viel Platz draussen und drinnen zum Entspannen sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind eher unterdurchschnittlich bis gut, die Küche eher dürftig. Wer im Restaurant isst dem kann es egal sein.

Freiheit genießen
Eine schön gelegene Unterkunft, ohne Stress, egal aus welcher Richtung. Hier fühlt man sich frei und wohl, im Haus und auch Draußen. Ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei dem Hausmeister bedanken, der auf wirklich angenehme Art und Weise immer hilfsbereit und freundlich war.

Sehr ruhieges Objekt
Schöne Wohnung, schöne Lage, gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Der Verwalter vor Ort war leider nicht hilfreich und hat sich nicht einmal persönlich gemeldet. Schade!

Ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung. Da es schon kühl draussen war, haben wir die gut funktionierende Fussbodenheizung geschätzt. Und im Feuerschein des Kaminofens konnte man die Behaglichkeit noch steigern.
