"Great place for vegans and vegetarians, nice experience to try different kind of products. Surprise was that having half pension during dinner drinks weren’t included and we haven’t been adviced about it. Price 7,50€ for regular glass of wine was shocky to me in such place."

"The room was clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. There was a serious inconvinience at check-in. We booked a triple room but we get a double one. When I expained it to the receptionist we get a triple room. The receptionist said the 3rd bed is not made but it will be made in some minutes. We returned to the hotel 8 hours later but the 3rd bed was not made so we had to wiait for it about half an hour."

"Ruhige Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr feines und gutes Frühstück, schöne Gegend. Leider im Umfeld sehr wenige Wirtschaften und Speiselokale. Für Selbstversorger sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. "

"Great hotel with unique exterior decoration. Rooms are large and functional and there is a free car park adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was very good and only 2 minute walk into main town. Used the hotel so we could attend a concert in Klagenfurt only 15 miles away."

"We stayed at Gasthof Knappenwirt during the Austrian Grand Prix. The hotel is in an idyllic rural setting, with shops just a short drive away. The Lohr family were wonderfully welcoming and considerate hosts. We were in Landhaus Winkelbauer, a newly renovated house on site, and ate breakfast at the hotel each morning. The was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Would highly recommend for a group or family. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!"

"Tolle, gepflegte Unterkunft mit richtig guter Ausstattung. Die Sauna ein echtes Highlight, die Abende auf der Terasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick waren wunderbar und das (Hunde-)Wanderherz kam voll auf seine Kosten. Netter Vermieter, gute und einfache Kommunikation, absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben die Tage genossen. Danke. "

"Schöne, großzügige Wohnung, sehr neue und gepflegte Einrichtung. Direkt an der Piste und Talstation. Gute und günstige Lokale im Ort ca. 800m Fußweg. Sehr ruhige Gegend, kein Apres-Ski, dadurch etwas sehr still aber perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Skischule sehr familienfreundlich. Skigebiet nicht so groß, dadurch aber kein Stau an den Liften. Abfahrt von oben bis unten ca. 5km."

Die Aufteilung mit Küche und Essbereich auf unterschiedlichen Ebene ist nicht optimal, aber durchaus ok, dafür ist der Wohnbereich sehr gemütlich. Leider ist die Heizung verhältnismäßig laut, was für geräuschempfindliche Menschen schwierig sein kann. Alles in Allem ist das Haus aber sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen, wenn es sich...

We had a posibility to use the sauna just a few steps from the house. The contact with the owner was very good. The house was very close to the skiing point. We would like to come here again."

"We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op de boerderij van de fam Sabitzer. We waren met 2 gezinnen, in totaal 9 kinderen maar er was ruimte genoeg zowel binnenshuis als buitenshuis. Veel speelgelegenheid voor de kinderen. De boer en boerin wonen er naast en waren erg vriendelijk en hebben erg hun best gedaan om het ons naar het zin te maken. "The entire facility has been updated and remodeled. The staff were extremely pleasant and the location is great for old town Klagenfurt sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet offering was robust and the fact that it was offered on the fifth floor with large windows overlooking Klagenfurt made it all the more enjoyable. Finally, being able to enjoy a sunset on the rooftop terrace was a great way to end the day."
