We are located on the East End at Cowpet Bay West, one of St. Thomas' most desirable locations for vacationing, inclusive of being a 5 minute drive into Red Hook boasting a strip of restaurants, bars and nightclub, Red Hook Ferry, American Yacht Harbor, Moe’s supermarket, Food Center, and just one minute away from the Ritz Carlton. 15-25 minutes away from everything else around the island!
We are on Cowpet Bay Beach with unobstructed views overlooking the bay and beach. Our bathroom paved makes it easily assessable for a straight walk over to the beach while enjoying the beauty of our condo community. Other beaches nearby are: Secret Harbour, Sapphire, Coki and Lindquist to name a few- just a short drive away.
Note: Our home is guaranteed fresh, thanks to CENTRAL A/C and CENTRAL DEHUMIDIFIER.

- There is a mandatory 12.5% USVI hotel tax fee and $300 refundable security deposit.
- Guests will be provided with a Rental Agreement and Welcome Letter 2 weeks prior to reservation date. The name on your reservation must match the name on your government ID. Third party booking is prohibited.
- Outdoor security surveillance are not monitored when tenant/guest occupied- Please call 911 and homeowner if experiencing a security emergency during your stay.
