The villa can accommodate twelve guests in five private en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, A/C, and ocean-view terraces are in the Main house. Two additional bedrooms with similar features are located in the Main Level Tower.
The lower level has a full-size apartment with a private entrance, garden access, living area with pull-out sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining area for four. There is also a private queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Next to the main villa's living room step out to the main terrace with outdoor dining for ten, a grill, loungers, and an infinity pool with amazing ocean views. There's another large terrace with private lounge space and dining area surrounded by tropical trees and flowers. The villa uses solar energy, has a generator for power outages, and a carbon/UV water purification system.

The Villa is in the safe neighborhood of Mahogany Run, close to Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook, beaches, and the St. John ferry. It has an additional private gate for more privacy, and every rental includes a complimentary Concierge service.

We provide beach chairs, towels, toys, and coolers for guests. The villa also includes quality towels and sheets.. Each bathroom is stocked with spa-quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner.. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, wine cooler, stainless appliances, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, small appliances, and wine/champagne glasses.

Explore St. Thomas from our central location! Our island is perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and scuba diving. You can also visit historical sites like Black Beard's Castle, Tombstone Rock, and Ninety-Nine Steps. Plus, beautiful beaches like Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Coki Point, and Lindbergh are just a few miles away. Magens Bay, rated a top 10 beach in the Caribbean, is right near Villa Del Mar and great for families with calm waters.Just 15 minutes away by car, you'll reach Charlotte Amalie, the capital with great shops and dining. Villa Del Mar is great for families with a pack & play available, but there are stairs to some rooms and the pool is not fenced. The main villa and two suites are step-free, making it accessible for everyone. The property owners manage the villa and aim to give guests a personalized vacation.

Indescribable!
This was one of the best trips we have ever had. The vie from Villa Del Mar is surreal. The home was immaculate and so well stocked! From a Ninja to plentiful beach chairs and everything in between, Tressa thought of everything. Through Villa Del Mar, we were connected with Caribbean Concierge. They orchestrated our driver (Mike was great!) and all of our activities. After we checked out, Tressa texted to let me know we had left something behind. She then drove into town to meet us before we left for the airport. We all were in tears not wanting the trip to end. We ate already looking at our schedule for next year!

Spectacular Villa Stay
Our stay at Villa Del Mar in St. Thomas was incredible thanks to this beautiful villa and the owner, Tressa. Everything about our stay there was perfect but what stood out the most was the patio and pool. The view from the patio took our breath away every single time with its beauty. Our favorite thing to do was to relax on the patio, swim in the pool and take in the view. My husband and I came with our grown children and their significant others so we were 4 couples. There was more than enough room for all of us and Tressa is so well organized that we even had 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkels for all and coolers for the beach. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and because of that we only ate out once during our week stay. There is also a great barbecue grill on the patio so we were able to have a barbecue for a few dinners. The lovely bedrooms are all large with very comfortable beds and there is an amazing outdoor shower as well.The Villa is extremely clean and well cared for. In the evening we enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couches in the living room. Tressa was always available to answer our questions and give us good tips on beaches, places to go and much more which meant a lot to us. She was extremely accommodating and very helpful with quick replies to all my texts and emails. We thank Tressa for sharing her home with us and the next time we are in St Thomas we will definitely be staying here again!

Holiday Family Fun and Adventure in a GORGEOUS ESTATE
Everything about Villa del Mar is wonderful and the views are stunning! The open design of the great room and kitchen, only steps away from the pool, are perfect for cooking, big family meals, playing games, and relaxing. The outdoor dining and lounge area and infinity edge pool are the place to be when you aren't off exploring the surrounding towns and beaches, all within a 10-20 minute drive. The side patio/lounge area also has great views and was big enough for us to set up a mini pickleball court. Tressa, the property manager, and the Concierge Team were outstanding. Every question about the house was answered quickly. Planning from rental cars, dinners, a perfect catamaran excursion, and everything in between, was absolutely perfect! 5 STARS across the board.

THE VIEW from the pool is worth the price - just stunning! The house was the best equipped rental we've ever had - plenty of paper products, coffee, cleaning products, spices, etc. The outdoor shower was a show stopper! I would certainly come back to stay here!

Villa Delmar is an amazing home! The location is spectacular. We stayed there for 7 amazing nights, from start to finish the communication with Tressa was perfect, we vacation at least once a year in St Thomas and have rented many homes, this home will exceed your expectations on every level from communication, location, cleanliness, the people they have that keep this home are amazing too based on the condition the home was left for us. Dream vacation
The property is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The house was extremely clean and all essentials provided. We did not have to ask for anything to be fixed, changed or restocked over the 6 days we were there. Melissa, our concierge, was always attentive, helpful and quick with responses to requests and questions. Tressa, the owner, was also accessible, friendly and informative. While the house was great, the stay was worth it if only for the view off the back pool area. Sunrise was the highlight of my day, drinking coffee in quiet solitude. I highly recommend staying at Villa Del Mar on any trip to St. Thomas. I will not stay anywhere else.

Great Property
We were stunned by the beauty of this property as soon as we walked in. The view of the ocean sitting in the pool is gorgeous. Property was well equipped with anything you might need utensils, towels, beach chairs, even a beach bag. We had a couple questions about how to operate lights and pool. We emailed the owner and she responded within 30-45 minutes. I would definitely stay again at this property.

Great Place in St. Thomas
Beautiful! The view from all of the balconies and pool is priceless. Very spacious for multiple families. Lots of living space both inside and out. At first we were worried about separate entrances to the rooms for our older kids, not a problem at all! Beds and bedding were all very comfortable. Big kitchen to make meals in, lots of dishes, could use a few more cooking utensils. We hired a chef two nights, amazing! Highly recommend Chef Angelo, one of the a recommended chefs from the concierge. Concierge also provided great grocery service. We loved our trip! Lots of close beaches and activities to do. Small convenient store close by, Mandahl Market, they had lots of last minutes needs.

Our family or 8 arrived in 2 groups late in the afternoon to see th stunning views from this beautiful villa, all rooms were beautifully furnished, all amenities Thoughtfully provided, views from the deck of the infinity pool were amazing in all directions. There were so many spots to read in privacy or to gather for games and the great room could hold us all. We toured the island, snorkeled at trunk bay, kayaked at Magens bay and had a lovely dinner at the old farm house restaurant! Fabulous birthday celebration place. We would go back and will recommend it to friends!

How Do I Love VDM? Let Me Count the Ways! A 5-Star Experience
Our 6-day stay at Villa Del Mar (VDM) was nothing short of fabulous!! Our first trip to USVI so it was a tremendous learning experience especially driving on the left! But from the booking, Tressa (owner) was engaged with me to ensure we were aligned, and our visit would exceed expectations! The property is located in a private area of St. Johns which was excellent, but it was close enough to all the attractions, stores, and marinas. The gated attendants were pleasant and attentive. VDM has a gated entrance and provides a very secure and exclusive feel. The great room and kitchen were spacious and had every utensil needed to prepare any meal! Wine chiller and coffee pot were the required necessities, of course. I grilled 2 days and the grill was virtually new and the propane tanks were loaded ready to go. The breeze from the sea was nonstop and had a cool and calming effect especially at night! Leave the door open and let the breeze blow! Cut off the AC unit though! Electricity was interrupted a few times, but the backup generator kicked in almost immediately. It does create a bit of a smell from the exhaust but that's the tradeoff is you want power and AC! The Wi-Fi worked well - I had grad school assignment due my last night there and recorded it by the infinity pool (again the calming breeze kept me focused to get an A! Trust me as I had other plans!) The rooms are private and spacious which is the bonus. VDM is almost like a private hotel as everyone has what the need to be isolated, but the common areas (pool, patios, and great room) allowed us to come together and play cards, rehydrate (wink), and chill out! The cellular service isn't the greatest where VDM is located but that's why you are on vacay! Lastly, Keith is the best property manager! He was ever-present if and when we have questions and gave us great recommendation on where to eat and shop! We chartered a speed boat and had a ball on the water for 7 hours using one of his recommendations (Damn, I need to write them a 5-star review too!). He proactively contacted me as the travel date approached and answered all my questions. We rented two cars and finally made it to VDM and Keith came out to meet and greet us. He kept me posted when Randy the pool guy was coming out and when a storm kayoed our AC unit in one of the rooms Mark the AC guy came and replaced the motherboard. Yeah, I could go on but you get the drift by now! If you visit as couples or families you won't regret it!

Stunning Sixtieth Birthday Celebration
I traveled to St. Thomas with my partners and 4 other couples to celebrate my 60th birthday. We wanted to have a luxury experience in a tropical paradise. Villa del Mar hit all the right notes and marks. It was spectacular. I would prefer to keep it a secret so that I can stay and again and again without having to compete with other clients for bookings.

Blissful getaway from beginning to the end
Villa Del Mar was perfect. From the moment I opened the door I was wowed. The views are spectacular. The open kitchen is perfect. Every couple had their own privacy balcony and remarkable views.
