Renovated/new condo-Walk to Beach, Marina, Pools. Red Hook, Ferry, Bars near by!

This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Loved how close this was to everything and especially to the ferry!! It was a cute place to stay at and the view was really nice. I loved that there was sunscreen and bug spray incase we didn’t bring any. The restaurant on the property was very good and convenient. I would definitely stay here in the future.

We loved the apartment complex, it is very quiet and peaceful. The room is super comfortable. You should know that if you want to stay here you have to rent a car. The view from the room is beautiful at sunset. I would definitely stay again. From St. Thomas you can take a ferry and go to St. Johns, which also has some beautiful beaches.

The place was great. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommend. We had a car and did a lot of exploring but would have been happy just relaxing on Sapphire Beach. Sudi’s was amazing. Great hospitality, food and drinks. Several other great restaurants within walking distance too.

Celebrated our 10 year anniversary this past weekend here and it's a slice of heaven. Raleigh communicated very well and gave us plenty of options for food and fun. The walk to beach is short, but you will get your steps in on the way back, like everywhere here, the hills are steep. Highly recommend coming here.

Bday vacay at sapphire condominium
I had a wonderful time. Close to everything. Felt safe. Good communication with Raleigh! He offered to rent his vehicle in case needed. I did cabs though not too bad. There is a pool right by this complex which was great but the larger one is by the restaurant and the sapphire beach. Everything is walking distance but keep in mind it is very hilly. good exercise.

Great Spot!
We had such a great stay! We spent a short visit here between travels and loved it. The beach is a close walk, so we were able to go easily in the time we had. The host is very responsive and the check-in and logistics information is straightforward and full of local suggestions.

This was a beautiful property that is very well maintained! It also had all the amenities we needed to enjoy local beaches and even boats games for down times. The view from the patio made for the perfect spot for my morning coffee during our stay!
