Why cram into a hotel room when you can have a spacious, 2-bedroom condo overlooking the Caribbean? Enjoy the wonderful views and breezes from one of the few highly sought-after 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos at our resort. Relax on one of 4 beaches, including our private beach at the end of the nature trail in the 15-acre island preserve. Three intimate pools and sun decks are nestled among the lush hillside, hidden high above the horizon. You'll enjoy "fun" dining at our 2 new restaurants. Sun and Sea (on the water), where you can literally dip your toes in the Caribbean! Oceans 180 which is more of a fine dining experience just a short distance with excellent views.

Some of the best snorkeling on the island is right outside your door! Scuba, jet ski, swim, or just take in the views from one of the prettiest spots on St. Thomas. While St. Thomas is the most convenient and commercial of the US Virgin Islands, our resort is nestled on the eastern side of island (near Red Hook), makes you feel like you're isolated in a tropical jungle paradise. A private beach, nature trails, wild life, immaculate landscaping, and most importantly, the best views and the bluest water on the island of St. Thomas, make our resort one of the coolest destinations in the Virgin Islands.

Our condo is in the Point Pleasant Resort property and its 15 beautiful acers of beach and tropical landscaping. We self mange our condo so we are considered independents, not part of the resort program. But as our guest you have full access to the property and all of its amenities. Pools, parking, restaurants, beach, all the hiking trails. You can purchase necessities at the front desk, but as our guest you will have to contact us or our local support if you have issues during your stay.

Amazing stay!
We had an amazing stay at your condo. The location was great for easy access to beaches and nearby towns. We have already decided that if we come back, we will be reaching out to stay at your place again. The morning sunrises over the ocean were a beautiful way to wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book. Pros: Beautiful views, Bernadette was very responsive, clean, nice property, close to Great beaches and ferry to St Johns. Cons: it can be noisy at night if you get some neighbors that like to party.

Lovely escape perfect for family with 2 teens
We loved the location of the resort where this condo is -- private yet close enough to so many great beaches and restaurants. The fish tacos and sandwich at Shoreline Grill on the property were awesome. Other favorites included Sunset Grille at Secret Harbor and Duffy's in Red Hook. Putting the rental on the car ferry and spending a day at St. Johns was a definite highlight.

Loved this condo, it was perfect for myself, my husband, and our 1 year old. Even had a pack-n-play for us. Much appreciated-- the entire trip was great. The condo could use a facelift on the kitchen, but otherwise fantastic.

Property was nice, we were only there for a couple days before we hopped on a catamaran. It was at the top of the hill, but enjoyed the exercise and if you didn't want to walk they had shuttles.

Amazing views!!
Amazing views of the beautiful Caribbean water!! There was plenty of space for 6 adults to stay in this condo comfortably. We had everything we needed for the week and enjoyed having an adequately equipped kitchen to have food on hand when we didn't want to eat out. Great restaurant on property.

Wedding weekend in St. Thomas
We had the BEST time at David’s place! Point pleasant is in a fantastic location with incredible views. Everything you need is in the condo and there is plenty of living space for a group to relax and enjoy. The people on the resort are so friendly and helpful and will give you much needed rides up and down the hills. There is an incredible private beach on the property and Sun & Sea is my favorite place on the island. You’ll have the best time here!

Awesome Condo!
We stayed at this beachy condo recently and had an amazing time! The views from the condo are magnificent and the cool breeze is refreshing! The condo is well equipped and met all our needs. It was easy to book and communication with the owners was fast and fabulous! We would absolutely recommend this condo and would stay here again if we visit St. Thomas in the future!

Wonderful Vacation
Hosts/owners communicated extremely well with us guests. The condo comfortably accommodated four adults and two kids (2 and 5) and was exactly as the pictures showed, especially the terrific view. Resort was well-kept, the three pools were well-used, and the two restaurants were excellent (food, service and views.) There were several beautiful beaches and town of Red Hook within 15 min drives. We weren't expecting so many inclines and steps (totally vertical terrain) but we all navigated it without incident. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful vacation here--much recommended!!

Weekend getaway
The condo was perfect for our short stay. We wanted to be close to red hook for restaurants and to be able get on the ferry’s. The condo sits on top on a hill and the view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The furniture is a Little bit on the old side and hopefully there’s plans to update in the future, as it could be uncomfortable for longer stays, but it was perfect for us to use as a home base to explore the island and be close to some of the best restaurants in red hook. We definitely want to get back down there soon and will be staying at this condo again!!!

Stunning Views + Peaceful Setting = Perfect Vacay!
We traveled to St. Thomas with some friends for an adult getaway. We were looking for a relaxing island vacation and found it at Point Pleasant. The resort sits high overlooking the bay and the stunning views are easily taken in on the large porch. Some highlights of our trip include a day trip to St. John, shopping in Charlotte Amalie, an amazing meal at the French Quarter Bistro, a beach day at Magens Bay, and dancing at Duffy's Love Shack! Reserve your stay in this large, well-maintained condo and be prepared to enjoy the perfect Caribbean vacation. Cheers!

The view!!!!! The condo is a bit dated but well appointed and in a fabulous location with a great view. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work and one of the people staying is self employed and needed to work. We found a few restaurants with WiFi and good food but it was a bit inconvenient.

Perfect space with amazing views!
I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The views are amazing and spacious enough for 7 people. Took us about 30 min to get to from the airport. The space was very clean, had plenty of towels, provided board games and playing cards, and snorkeling gear to take with you to the beaches. Again, the best part about this place is the balcony with an amazing view. We also visited one of the 3 pools which was only a short walk but be prepared to get a workout in lol because of the hills and stairs. The location is perfect because you’re near Margaritaville and a short drive to the Red Hook Ferry to take to St John. I would definitely book again!

Family Vacation
My family of four had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The unit was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. And the view is amazing! If you are an early riser, grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise on the deck. My favorite! The resort was beautiful and the pools were very nice and also all had wonderful views. I do want to point out that the resort has very steep hills so keep that in mind if you want to explore by foot. My family did not mind so we walked up the hills each day around the resort. We loved it and got our workout in. I would definitely stay here again or recommend this condo to others.

Gorgeous View / Great Location
Point Pleasant Villas was perfect for our family of 6 (kids ages 9, 12, 15, and 17). We were suppose to stay here shortly after Irma and Maria hit the VIs in 2017. The owner and property management company were so great to give us a full credit to use in 2019. The view from the kitchen and living room is amazing and the condo had everything that we needed, including a cooler. We highly recommend the casual restaurant down on the beach. It was fun to feed the huge tarpon that were swimming right next to our table. Our only regret is that we did not have enough days to explore more of the beaches and St. Thomas.

we loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home. view from the balcony is amazing. they provided enough towel, 4 snorkling gear, 4 beach chair, 3 different size of cooler, binoculars etc. I highly recommend this property. This resort has 3 swimming pool, 2 restaurant ( shoreline bar&grill ; Mirador (under construction), Private sugar beach, natural trail I recommend Magens bay beach, Lindquist beach, coki beach, john brewers bay beach. there was so many beautiful fish at coki beach. we enjoy snorkling at coki and john brewer. This are great place to eat spicy food. Senor pizza ; Greengos caribbean cantina ; MeLT Mexican grill

Gorgeous view, peaceful.
This was a wonderful place to stay for us, our adult son, and his girlfriend. Amazing views, very clean and spacious condo. We were very glad to have rented a car from "My Car Rental VI." The recommendations provided by David and Sarah were very helpful, their agent was immediately responsive when we had questions. Definitely recommend! The resort itself is lovely, slightly rustic, enchanting flora and fauna (iguanas and cats), peaceful. Per the description and reviews navigating the resort and accessing the pools includes steep hills with staircases: we did not try the shuttle service because we preferred hiking. The tiny private beach was a dream, some of us went every day for swimming, snorkeling and reading on the lounge chairs. Enjoyed the upper pool very close to the condo, and the middle pool -gorgeous-, did not try the lower pool. We spent a lot of time enjoying the stunning views from the condo itself. The lobby sold snacks and necessities which was convenient. We went to the lower restaurant /bar one night, they were packed, two hours until we were served, this may well have been a fluke, we all thought the food was delicious. Last two nights we went to Sudi’s up the road, no trouble getting a table, great fish tacos. Cooked/ prepared several meals in condo. Overall a glorious stay, would love to go back.

I would recommend a stay here!
The condo was clean and a lot of what we needed was provided. Beautiful views. All of our questions and concerns were answered promptly and politely. There was a lot more walking than we had anticipated as you are basically ontop of a mountain so bring tennis shoes! A few tips. Check the pantry before you go shopping. We left a TON of stuff as others had as well. Plastic flatware, paper plates, food, full bottles of liquor and such. I recommend to shop at the CostULess NOT the food center. it is significantly cheaper. There is no washer and dryer in the condo. It is located in an area for use by all people staying at the resort. Which was a bummer as I had only packed a few changes of clothes thinking they were IN the condo. I don't want to have to take an hour or so out of my trip to sit in a shared laundry room and do my clothes. Bring lots of cash. Almost 80% of the places are cash only. The ferry to St.John is CASH ONLY and was fifty for us for a round trip. Ask for prices before you get on the ferry. We had a horrible experience with that. You must try Craving Crabs if you are looking for seafood. Also, go see the turtles at Maho Bay. It's really a sight to see.

The lights went out multiple times a day for multiple hours a day. We missed dinner reservations because we weren’t able to get dressed at night with no lights. You can only use one shower at a time so our two bathroom was limited 1 in a house full of girls. The restaurants closed early and at random so if we showed up at 9:30 we couldn’t eat. The shuttles smell awful and we’re missing door handles to get in. The secret trail to Margaritaville is filled with what I believe was poop with nats flying at your feet. Overall I definitely would say don’t book this resort. The shuttle drivers are the best part. They were all super friendly.

If this is available and you’re looking to stay for 2 days or 2 weeks, book now! This was a perfect spot with incredible views. Close proximity to good restaurants/bars and excursions. David was there to help every step of the way with check in/check out. 10/10
