Oceanside Escape for Two

“Mini-Margarita” is a spacious studio apartment overlooking the ocean from the island of Hans Lollik to Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, St. John, and beyond. From the cliffside deck you can enjoy fresh ocean breezes in this tropical getaway. The studio is furnished with a queen bed, two lounging chairs, a bistro set, a compact kitchen (two burner gas cooktop, micro/convection oven, and full-size refrigerator), and a small BBQ. Relax and sunbathe on the deck or discover the islands many treasures. Beach towels and a cooler are provided if you wish to explore some of the island’s beautiful beaches, including Magen’s Bay Beach which is only 2 miles away.
The studio has its own staircase from the parking area to its entrance, along with a private deck. The ocean trade winds keep the apartment cool, but air conditioning is available if you feel the need. Wi-Fi is available, no TV. Modest accommodations for a modest budget.

The studio is located in a private, gated neighborhood, so all guests must have a rental car.

Magical Stay

What a magical place to spend several days on St. Thomas. It was quiet (away from the city hubbub), the ocean views were spectacular, and our hosts, Jennifer & Ray, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room and the house overall was very clean and neat, and the multiple decks and pool just added to the overall enjoyment of our time there!

Heaven on the ocean

Relaxing paradise

A week in paradise

This accomodation exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully situated with outstanding views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Also very private and included all of the amenities we needed. Communications with the owner also enhanced our vacation enjoyment. We hope to return to this vacation spot next year.

The place has an awesome view

It was very nice and relaxing listening to the ocean waves and watching the sunrise. The owner was very responsive about a problem we had and was resolved very quickly. Would rent from again.

A lovely place to relax

This was a nice and quiet place to stay on the island. It is close to beaches and not a far drive from town. It was well equipped in the kitchen and with other items like beach towels and a cooler that made our stay more enjoyable. There wasn't any A/C but that wasn't an issue as the breeze off the ocean was enough to keep us comfortable in the evening.

Relaxing & peaceful with activities close by

Just what we were looking for! A quiet place close to activities in Charlotte Amalie, Megan, Lindquist (Smith Bay) and Sapphire Beaches. The views were breathtaking with awesome sunrises, sunsets (at entrance gate), ever-changing cloud formations, and a "pink" full moon! Good communications with owner who is VERY accurate and detailed in directions and recommendations. Can't go wrong with this vacation spot!
