Thanksgiving: 7 Night Flat rate $23,000 (6 Passenger Limit)
XMAS: 7-Night Flat rate $25,000. Must end no later than Dec 27th. (6 Passenger Limit)
NEW YEARS: 7-Night Flat rate $26,000. Must begin no sooner than Dec 28th. (6 Passenger Limit)
WHAT IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE CHARTER ON A CATAMARAN?
Aquanimity is a 48 ft catamaran with captain and chef onboard with you and your group the whole time. Our stellar crew takes care of everything you desire while onboard. They can recommend places to visit and explore, places to dine out onshore, places to hike and snorkle etc.
HOW MANY CABINS AND DOES EACH CABIN HAVE A PRIVATE BATHROOM? Yes, there are 5 Cabins in total, but only 3 Queen Cabins are used by guests and 1 Bunk Bed (Hallway area). Our captain and chef sleep in one cabin.
HOW MANY GUESTS ARE ACCOMMODATED? Up to 8 Passengers ( this is 6 adults and 2 kids ). The kids can stay in the bunk-area (has two twins). Inquire to find out more.
WHAT ARE THE MEALS LIKE?
A 7-night charter includes 7 Dinners, 7 Lunches, and 7 Breakfasts on the boat. If you want to eat / drink ashore you would do so at your own expense. A 6/5 night charter includes 6/5 dinners, 6/5 lunches, and 6/5 breakfasts on the boat, and a 4 night includes the same, but at 4 nights.
DO YOU OFFER 3 NIGHT CHARTERS? Yes we do. Please inquire within. A 3 night charter is usually covering just the USVI ( St John area )
CAN I HALF BOARD? YES Half board is for the guests who don't want to eat on the boat every lunch or every evening. A half board is a great option for the charterers who want to explore the dining options on the islands. Example, it will be $150/person less to choose a half board.
WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES? The chef can prepare anything. Our guests advise what they want for meals ahead a time. After booking, our charterers will receive a food preference sheet to be filled out.
WILL GUESTS BE ABLE TO DISCUSS ITEMS WITH THE CREW BEFORE BOARDING? Yes! We will get you in touch with our crew before boarding to ask them any questions and to get to know them better before you step aboard.
WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED FOR THE PRICE? All fuel, ice, beer, wine, alcohol, and mixers are included.
GRATUITY INLCUDED? No, that is up to our guests at their discretion. Customary is 15-20% of the charter cost.
WILL THERE BE THINGS TO DO WHEN NOT SAILING? Yes, the boat has lots of snorkel gear, water toys, mats, pads, floats, electric torpedoes, towels, fishing gear and paddle boards. Guests are welcome to use all gear at any time.
CAN I HELP THE CREW DOCK? CAN I HELP MOORE? CAN I SAIL THE BOAT? I will leave that up to the Captain, but usually yes, unless he sees a reason for not allowing help.
WHAT SHOULD I PACK? Ahh... the Million Dollar Question?! Guests should not overpack. Just bring tee shirts, shorts, sundress, swimsuits, underwater cameras, and sunscreen. We will provide a list of what is normally packed when booking an all-in charter boat.
WILL MY HAIR DRYER WORK ON THE BOAT? Yes, all electrical outlets on the boat are US voltage.
WHAT TIME CAN I BOARD THE BOAT ON CHECK IN DATE? The usual boarding time for the boat is 12 noon, but we have sleep aboard options as well. Dinner ashore at client's expense. Includes; boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the
next morning and early start.
