Perfect location

Sun Sand and Serenity
Family vacation visiting family so we were a large group 😁. So happy we found this beautiful home to create and share memories. We survived tropical storm Ernesto thank God for the generator! The house was spacious and well equipped for everything from relaxing in the pool, cooking fabulous meals, playing games and being mesmerized by the spectacular view!

Villa in paradise !
After sailing for a week we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, cool and relaxing villa. The house was so well equipped and welcoming. Of course Miss Rosie was an added bonus ! Thanks for the wonderful accommodations ❤️

Wonderful celebratory getaway!
Our group of 8 (6 teens and 2 adults) had a wonderful time at 42 Bolongo. The teens loved having their own space in the 2 apartments, while the adults were very glad to have the main house alone. The property was beautifully equipped; plenty of towels and kitchen necessities, comfy beds and living spaces, and the outdoor terrace area was wonderful. We are so grateful to have had this time to celebrate 4 high school graduates and to spend time together.

Very clean. Spacious. Up to date. Everyone enjoyed the deck especially for breakfast and the infinity pool was a hit. The entire family enjoyed the visits from Rosie. Quiet area for relaxing.

Beautiful
This property is so beautiful and was perfect for our family! Having the two separate apartments was great for privacy but we spent most of our time in main house and the magnificent expansive deck! We would definitely stay at this house again if going with a larger group. Close to everything and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Beach towels, beach chairs washer and dryer were so great to use for all the beaches we visited.

Wonderful home
We had a party of 8 adults, 4 couples. The property was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the views from the covered patio, and just spending time on it. Tammy was always very quick to reply to messages, and also very accomodating. The pool was smaller than we expected, and one bedroom had a double bed rather than queen. We would book again at this property!

Perfect relaxation
The house was wonderful and relaxing, the morning sunrises were beautiful! Beautiful home and comfortable. The experience of driving on the left side was new to us. But fun! We did some shopping and visited all ends of the island. We met some friends dogs, and among other creatures. It was a great time. We only had one minor and i mean minor problem with the air in the kitchen but the owner was on top of it and it was fixed the next day. I fell in love with the covered porch. We watched cruise ships some in and sailboats sail by. I would stay here again.

2021 Family Vacation
Our rental experience was great. The property is exactly as listed. The house is beautiful and has great views. We had 8 family members and the space was more than sufficient. Our host, Tammy was the best. She communicated with us regarding important information. We never had to ask her anything. She was always one step ahead with info and details.

A dream
What an amazing time we had. The property is so beautiful and very well maintained. The apartments were perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space, however the majority of the time we spent on the expansive veranda with the most stunning views. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Rosie was the sweetest little dog that visited us daily. She sure enjoyed her belly rubs. Tammy was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions and addressed our needs very quickly. I just can’t say enough about how lovely this stay and our entire vacation was. Book this property, you will not regret it.

50th Wedding Anniversary
We cannot brag about this beautiful Villa enough. It exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful & perfect in person than is presented in photos. It is extremely spacious and offers great privacy, yet has large rooms for gathering together as a family. the outdoor covered patio was just phenomenal, where we enjoyed eating outside plus playing games. There was 7 of us and we never felt crowded. The pool is a dream and we spent most of our time there. It is extremely clean and well kept and the host was extremely responsive and was so interested in ensuring we had a wonderful time, which we did! The host also offered lots of information for enjoying our time at St Thomas. We would definitely stay there again & highly recommend it to others. Love, Love, love this beautiful home.

Family island reunion 2023
The home is elegant and spacious with private quarters for a variety of family combinations. We could have had the two of us grandparents with a second couple and two families of four in the lovely private lower apartments. There were four baths and an additional half bath accesses from the grand outdoor living space. There was no greater view of the deep blue sea with strokes of shimmering torquoise. The indoor minisplit air units allowed usto cool only the spaces we occupied. But life was out by the pool under the sun and porch living and dining areas. Just perfect!

Bolongo Bay views
We spent nine days in this paradise setting. Tammy was great. Very good communication. The house is as depicted. Very spacious. Accommodating for multiple couples. Everything you could want or need in the kitchen. Comfortable mattresses and seating. Lovely décor. Centrally located, a bit closer to Red Hook but not far from Charlotte Amalie. Beautiful sunrises and views of Bolongo Bay. Two minute drive to Iggy's for good food and drinks on the beach. Ten minutes to the Lanai for great food and beautiful sunsets on the water. Multiple beaches within 20 minutes. Overall amazing property and location. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay@42 Estate Bolonga. Your directions were great.The house was much more beautiful than the pictures showed. We opened up the windows and doors during the day and evening. Turned off the A/C and enjoyed the fresh air. The Hot Tub and the Infinity pool was a tremendous hit for all of us. We used both several times a day. The kids would jump in them in the morning until we were ready to leave out on our daily visits to the beaches. Both the apartments were a hit with the kids. They kids found several Hermit Crabs on the path down to the apartments and would check on them each time they went to and from the apartments. Of course they found lizards of all sizes also. We enjoyed the little black dog that came to visit us every day. Tammy and Mary were very responsive to any questions we had. It was a perfect vacation for our family. We plan to return to St Thomas and for sure plan our visit around when we can stay in this beautiful house again. Thank you Tammy and Mary. The Bean Family

Beautiful Home
This was a beautiful home. Perfect for multiple couples. All the beds were comfortable. Outdoor space was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location if you have a car just as easy to get to Red Hook, Charlotte Amalie or just right down the hill to Iggie's or Mimi's.

Family time 101
The property wax perfect. My brother and his wife had a bedroom and bath. My sons and their wives each took advantage of the separate Apts. I also had my own bedroom and bath in the main house. We would congregate at the outside living area and pool. Spent alot of time there. The location. Overlooks bolongo bay resort and beach. Just minutes from red hook and several dining establishments. The Caribbean fish market was awesome as was the limetree resort bar. All under 10 minutes. Despite covid restrictions we had an amazing time mostly due to the house and everyone having their own space. Thank you tammy

Great house
We had 10 guests stay here. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The outdoor patio and deck area is amazing and very comfortable for eating and just relaxing. Highly recommend this house for any large group stays on the island. Owner is very helpful and responds quickly to questions.

This was the perfiect place for friends and family with privacy including the two apartments. The patio is the perfect place to gather with an incredible view, tables to eat, a grill to cook, a bar to serve and a pool to swim. This is where I spent most of my time.

Amazing stay in st Thomas!
The house was way better in person than the pictures even - wish I could give it ten stars! My family and I had an incredible time. Tammy is super thoughtful and responsive, small touches everywhere and all the amenities were fantastic. The house and apartments were very spacious and large, had plenty of space. The outdoor spaces and views were beautiful. Close to many beaches and restaurants, but would recommend a car. Everyone highly enjoyed the stay, and only wish we spent more time at the home!

Estate Bolongo is PARADISE
OMG-from the MOMENT my friends and I stepped into this oasis, we knew we were in PARADISE. We came here for my 40th birthday celebration and I picked the house. I knew the pictures looked amazing but they did NOT prepare me for the actual PARADISE we had reserved. Tammy gave us WONDERFUL directions and we found the house without a hitch. Every morning we went and explored the island but came back for lunch and to rest/swim/relax in our own home. I hope to visit here again because I honestly don't think it gets any better than this! Thank you TAMMY for EVERYTHING! You and your house are both AMAZING! :-) ~Cindi
