An awesome townhome just a short walk or bike ride to the best beaches on the island. 2BR 1.5 bath with a huge pool surrounded by majestic oak trees. Pool is right out back door. Pool house with magnetic darts, Ping Pong table, and Corn Hole. Quartz countertops, Carrera marble backsplash, under cabinet LED lighting. Completely remodeled and updated with a gorgeous walk in the shower. Other items available are a twin blow up matress and a queen pull out sofa. If you have little ones, there are toys in the closet and a portable high chair and a gate to block the upstairs if needed. Relaxing porch fully furnished with a gas grill.Pets considered. Walking distance to beach, pier, shopping, restaurants and more! I strive to make your visit an awesome experience. Each guest receives a gift upon arrival. Easy access to everything
Surf Hut was cozy, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you might need. It is a short drive, or even a walk to the beach, village, grocery, restaurants, and sights. The inside of the condo was clean. The exterior did not live up to the photos. We never used the patio, the furniture or the grill, or the beach equipment. There was a lot of mold so we stayed away. The water heater was not working when we arrived. Property manager helped us with the issue by the next day.

We were supposed to rent this condo for a week in October after finding out that the pool was not going to be opened and trying to get some resolution with the owners of this condo. It was to no avail. I tried multiple times contacting the owner and trying to discuss, and asking for help if there were any open pools in the area that we would be able to use . Understanding in the write up about the condo it indicates a pool, never stating that it would be closed on a certain date. after the wife was of no use, finally we were given the husband‘s phone number who then began swearing belligerently to my husband when we were asking how can this be fixed and what is the right thing to do. Which led us to have to reach out to Vrbo for help and I have to say they did come through. We got our full refund back and we were able to schedule another vacation week in a condo that didn’t have an open pool beware !

The best long weekend getaway!!
Our family enjoyed this condo so very much!! It was VERY clean and our favorite part is that it had toys and a mobile eating chair for our baby!! The location is GREAT and close to everything!! The pool is right outside of the backdoor with the prettiest trees surrounding it. We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be going back!! 5 stars all the way!!.

Great townhome and convenient location
Our family had a great week-long vacation on SSI staying at this townhome. The home itself was nice and had everything we needed. Bonus was being able to walk just a few steps out the back landing to the pool! This home was also in an extremely convenient location on the island. The beach is just a couple minute drive away, and you can get to restaurants, grocery stores, or shopping in 5 minutes. Communication with the owner was also excellent. Early in our stay, the AC stopped working briefly (no one’s fault). We messaged the owner around 6am that day. They were immediately responsive and had someone come out to fix the issue quickly. The AC was fixed before noon that day and we never had another issue. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

The location is great. Pool is a nice extra. Plenty of everything provided for your stay, which is great. I loved not having to worry about picking up supplies like dishsoap, tp, ect. while vacationing. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for having us.

Great hosts! Had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and a great location to get to East Beach and the village/pier. Just a note for future renters, washer and dryers are in pool house so you have to bring quarters. Pool house is only a few steps from back entrance though.

A true delight
We stayed at the property over Thanksgiving, and found it to be incredible clean, and comfy. We enjoyed morning walks to the beach, and the convince of the location. My kids loved it too! My only tip would be to bring a roll of quarter's to do laundry onsite.

Great vacation. The townhouse was perfect. Cissy was wonderful to work with. We will deffinatly be coming back. Only sad part is that it was the middle of October so the pool was to cold to use.
