Short-Term Lessee Access Card Fees
Applicable to Member’s short-term rental tenants. Lessee Card fees are per person and include two (2) unmarried dependent children under the age of 26, per family. A minimum of two (2) Adult cards, ($350) per property, is required and fee will be charged to the sponsoring Member’s account. Rental tenants over the age of 6 will be issued a Lessee Access Card.

Lessee Cards will be issued for the length of stay, up to a maximum of 30 days in a calendar year. Requests and/or changes for Lessee Cards must be placed at least one business day in advance. Lessee Cards requested and not collected on the start date will be charged a $25 no-show fee, per card, per visit, which is charged back to the sponsoring member. Lessee will be responsible to pick up guest passes at the Sea Island office.
Property manager is not responsible for price changes and has no control over incidental charges, by the third-party. Guest passes are subject to availability. Passes are not valid until Sea Island confirms the availability.
Looking for a long term option: This home is available from September 2024 through March 2025 for $8500 per month.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
