The living room has large windows, a sofa with plenty of room to spread out, and hardwood floors. In the armoire, you'll find a smart TV with YouTube TV and streaming. The open floor plan flows from the living room right into the dining room, then to the kitchen.
The kitchen is stylish with new stainless-steel appliances, shaker cabinets, cerulean blue tile backsplash, and granite look countertops. It's fully equipped with a waffle iron, blender, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, and all of the cookware you would want. The kitchen bar seats 2, and the dining room seats 10 at a Grand 9-foot by 4-foot wooden dining table.
Bedroom number one features a king-sized sleigh bed, smart TV, and has a ceiling fan. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have a tub and shower combination, a vanity area, and hair dryers for your convenience.
The air-conditioned sun porch is equipped with a 54-inch TV and 2 ceiling fans. It has lounge-style wicker patio furniture and an additional dining area. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced. $500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees.
Pet Policy: Properties designated as pet-friendly require a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs are accepted. Cats are not allowed. Emmons Realty accepts a maximum of 2 dogs, with a maximum weight of 65lbs per dog. Dogs must be at least 1 year old.
