​This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper.

North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private ocean view balcony, full kitchen and large combined living and dining area.

This gated community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

North Breakers 309 will accept pets under 35 pounds for a $150 non-refundable fee. The oceanfront swimming pool is heated to 81 degrees during spring and fall months (March/April and September/October) to ensure a comfortable experience throughout the swimming season.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Great place
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great right on the beach with the pool. The condo was clean. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
