The North Breakers Homeowners Association has approved upgrade of the community elevator. Work will continue into mid-February 2025. During this period, the elevator will be unavailable, and rates have been adjusted accordingly. 3 Staircases are available for unit access.

This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper. North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen, and large combined living and dining area.

The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

North Breakers #200 has many upgraded furnishings to include shiplap, beautiful tile floors throughout, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. An added feature is additional windows in the main living area since you are located on the end.

This property will accept pets under 35 pounds with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Grand baby’s 1st beach trip
The property and condo were very nice and clean. It was located near to the restaurants and shopping. Only minus was how far a walk to the beach it was. It’s a long walk for us older people and carrying a 3 month old. Overall is was a great trip.

Loved the condo!
My husband kept telling me what a nice place this condo was. It was a great location and very clean. We had plenty of covers for all 3 beds which is sometimes not the case at other rentals.

The only disappointing part of our stay was the fact that the second bedroom only had one bed. When I booked this unit it had two twins in the second room. I have a 13 year old daughter and a 16 year old son so asking them to sleep in a bed together was not going to happen. I also had to request sheets for the couch for my son to sleep. I also felt that the pool could have been cleaned daily.

Really nice with a few technical difficulties
Disposal clogged twice. But the kitchen was really nice to cook in and was FULLY STOCKED for anything! I did not want for any kitchen dishes. Getting in with two management companies involved was really confusing and there were communication gaps. The place was beautiful and comfortable however. I loved how close it was to the beach! Great location overall!

This was a lovely property - clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfy, towels were plentiful, & kitchen had everything we needed, including basic spices. Parking was easy. We had no issues with simple online checkin/checkout. Overall excellent.

We had a wonderful time at East Beach. The rental is run through Hodnett Cooper who did a great job. It was freshly cleaned immediately before we arrived. The condo itself was beautifully renovated and stocked with anything you would need to feel comfortable at home including bedding, cooking/eating utensils and starter paper products, just as pictured online. It felt very safe with key code access both onto the property and unit itself which change with each renter. Easy walking distance to the beach with hot tub and pool on site. Plenty of activities for vacation with family; we swam on East beach daily and went to St. Simon's light house, the WWII museum, the Turtle Rescue Hospital on Jekyll, driftwood beach and found some of the local spirit trees. Lots of golf courses and walking or bicycle trails. We even brought our dog who loved the beach (no pet odor or dander to property). Highly recommend this location and rental property.

We had perfect weather! We especially enjoyed the little porch. Condo was clean and very adequately furnished. Plenty of beach chairs and toys. This is a place we will definitely consider for our next trip.

Great place to stay on the island!
This unit was lovely! We were traveling with our dog and were very happy to have a unit with no carpet (easy clean-up, just in case!) and a designated walking area for our dog. Beach access was perfect! The only snag that we ran into was when we had to call about a maintenance issue and the documentation provided had multiple numbers to call. Once we got the correct person, the response time was quick. Thank you!
