Ocean Walk J14 features newly updated hardwood floors, and new furnishings. Unique for this 2 bedroom condo is the 2nd bedroom has 1 bunk bed and 1 dbl bed--it will sleep 4 in the 2nd bdrm. Features include fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and private covered balcony. Wi-Fi is also included. The 16 acre complex offers 2 swimming pools (one is heated), tennis courts, playground, dog park, and an activities building that has ping pong and a fitness room. There' s a nice shaded seating area by the lake for relaxing and feeding ducks. Small Pets considered (please inquire before booking).

As expected and represented well
This property was awesome. Location was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I will stay here again. A bonus I was not expecting was the location of the condo. When sitting on the balcony it felt like we had some privacy because we faced the back. Awesome place for families.

Wonderful St Simon's Island
The condo itself was very nice and comfortable and very well maintained. We found out that a relative knows of someone who lives on the island and we can see why. The overall island and surrounding areas have the feel of coziness, beauty, friendliness and shopping. We went up into the lighthouse and although I don't like heights it was so well worth the climb! There are many vendors near the lighthouse and beach but with other things we were doing we never had the chance to check them out but that would be a good excuse ( lol ) to go back. Belinda, the owner of the condo, was great to work with. Thankfully she has a good sense of humor and made the booking and a few challenges from our end less stressful. We are giving an overall 5 stars and would be more than happy to rent this property again.

This was my second stay at this property. I love that it is close to town, but also quiet and relaxing. The interior is clean and comfortable. The new Keurig was a welcome addition. You will not find a nicer or more accommodating host than Belinda!

This condo was as advertised. Great location and really quiet neighborhood. Perfect for two couples. Since we stayed a week it was great having a washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend this place. It would be nice if the coffee makers were updated, they have seen better days. All in all we rate this stay as a 5 star!!

Belinda Thomas was very prompt in responding to any of our questions, and she even allowed us to get in to the property early on check-in day. Property was conveniently located within walking distance to pier, shops and restaurants.

Nice condo in a great location. If you are looking for something close to town and convenient to the beach, this fits the bill. We were all adults, but the place is definitely kid-friendly. Location within the complex made is very quite, which was a real plus. Belinda is a great host. Super nice and very accommodating!. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Work for me but vacation for them
I recently stayed at this location on a work trip and brought my family along. The location on the island is great! I recommend bringing or renting bicycles. The unit is clean with adequate equipment in the kitchen for cooking. Pictures of unit are accurate. I would consider staying here again.

Great vacation
First time to St.Simon and we loved it!!! The property is super quiet, clean, and easy access to everything…Condo is very clean and has all you need for a complete stay! I can’t say enough about our host, she was very responsive and helpful! We will return but next time to St Simon we will reserve a golf cart or bring bikes!!! Overall, we are completely rested and looking forward to the next trip!!!

The most beautiful place to stay!!!
Ocean walk is a truly beautiful place to stay! It was wonderful to see all the beautiful flowers plants trees and gardens growing in and around the pond. This is a lovely time of year to come as well. My dog especially loved being there. A very dog friendly island. The apartment was perfect very spacious and clean. The apartment complex was very quiet and very relaxing .I highly recommend it. I plan on staying here again.🐶👍Five star rating.
