This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a spacious fully fenced-in yard with a large deck and grill under the shade of gorgeous live oak trees. You will find beach chairs, various beach toys and five bikes available for your use. The home is fully stocked with rainy day entertainment including various board games, dozens of best-seller books and Smart TVs. A fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and desk overlooking the back yard will cover all of your day-to-day needs and leave you feeling right at home.

Well equipped house in a great location
We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was well equipped and close to all of the amenities we required ie beach for early morning dog walks, restaurants and supermarket.

Perfect for Pups!
Utterly charming home! Close to everything you’re interested in on St Simon’s. The backyard is huge and gave lots of room for the dog to run around.

Great neighborhood
Very comfortable home in a great neighborhood! The backyard was perfect for our dog and completely private. It is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Rental
Beautiful house in a fantastic neighborhood. Very large fenced-in backyard for the dogs, great screened porch, clean throughout with nice beach decor, and overall very comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

When we pulled up to the house we were so impressed with the beauty of the Live Oak trees and the ample parking spaces. The house was exactly as advertised and nicely decorated and very clean. The screened porch was wonderful. The house is located a short drive from the pier and very good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return in May.

Nice house but the lighting needs to upgraded
This is a great house, convenient to most everything. But you need to do something about the lighting in the bedrooms; it is too dark and hard to see your stuff when getting ready. Love the addition of the screened in porch!

St. Simon get away,
Had a great time, ate wonderful food each day, all Islanders were very nice, very quiet. The rental was beautiful, our dogs loved the beach, but we were not allowed on the pier as in previous years. Have been coming to the Island for 7 years except during covid of course, and were not kept off pier with our well behaved dog!!!

Totally fit our needs. Will rent here again.
First time visiting St Simons and luckily I picked the prefect place! Me, my husband, two adult children and two large dogs stayed the whole week. House was exactly as promised. Had everything we needed. Large backyard with full fencing for the dogs. On a quiet street in a center location so nothing was more than a few minutes away. Owners were easy to reach. Great stay. Would definitely rent again.

Nice location. Great for our dog. No welcome kit like soaps. But otherwise nice place. Deck looked nice. Inside kind of outdated. Toaster not good. Plenty of coffee machines. Water pressure seamed low but we managed Was hard to get in with password because there are two lock boxes and instructions were not the greatest for my wife and I. Only use lock on front door not one near door! Overall it’s great if you have pets. Only one tv in living room none in any bedrooms. Needs some baking trays and light over stove not working.

St. Simons Retreat
This home is super cute, nicely decorated and very comfortable and cozy. It is extra special because of the beautiful large shade trees, fenced yard and neighborhood which is very walkable and friendly. We loved being able to bring our dog and play off leash in the fenced backyard like we do at home. They also had a dedicated pet bed and feeding area. So cool!!! The home is well appointed and contained all the amenities you need and more. We shopped at the grocery store 1 mile away and cooked most days and had everything we needed. We loved eating on the screened porch. There are many bike trails around the Island so the house having bikes was a great plus! I would definitely recommend this home!

Great porch
We loved the screened in back porch. My husband spent most of the time sitting there. The fenced in yard was great for our two small dogs. They were so use to being on leashes they got a little overwhelmed when I took them out without the leash. It only took two days and they then ran out the back door. This property was great for location to restaurants and the grocery stores. Including the town. We didn’t need to use most of the cooking and the bbq that was there because we heard about so many great restaurants. It was nice to know if we wanted to cook we had the means. I love that there were 2 different coffee pots to choose from. So if you are a pod, Keurig or regular coffee drinker this place has got you covered. The only thing I wish we had was a broom or vacuum. There is a lot of sand and the only thing we had there to use was a dustpan and small broom. Not great when you want to sweep the floor bending over constantly. All in all great place that always dogs. We would try to rent again. Suzanne B

Absolutely perfect...
We loved the house... It was as good or better than we expected... The bedrooms are far from the living area so if you have children or others they will not disturb you... Everything was tastefully decorated and well apportioned... and the kitchen was well equipped, suiting our needs... My favorite was the back porch, unfortunately we had quite a bit of on and off rain, but it was cooler and comforting spending much time there... The location is in a beautiful neighborhood making it a great place to walk or bike... We met several people in the neighborhood and they were very talkative and friendly... We will be recommending the house to our friends and will certainly stay again when we have the opportunity... Again, we are very happy to have made this our choice for a long weekend...
