Wonderful ground floor 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo available on St. Simons Island. You walk in and see all the upgrades and new furnishings this home has to offer for you and your group. The complex is gated and located in walking distance to many restaurants, Redfern Village, and one of our grocery stores. We also offer a pool, workout room, tennis court and play ground. Come stay and let the salt air cure what ails you!

Great place!
This property is really comfortable and the owners are very sweet. They left us a basket of amenities and the rest of the condo had everything we needed. It was a good stay!

The Manatee Condo is a great stay at SSI
The Manatee Condo is located in the center of the island and makes a great home base for exploring what SSI and the Golden Isles have to offer. It is a close drive to East Beach, Massengale Park, and the Pier Village as well as walking distance to dining and shopping.The condo itself is well maintained, clean, and beautifully furnished. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and shaded.The only downsides we experiences were that we were at the island in March, so the shade trees coated our car in pollen (that's just March in the Golden Isles though) and, since this was a first floor condo, the upstairs neighbor's footsteps could be heard (the neighbor wasn't loud and apparently didn't stay up late, this was just something we noticed). We weren't bothered by either of these things and did not diminish our enjoyment of the condo one bit. We will not hesitate to stay at Manatee for our next trip to SSI

Great option for SSI!
This property was really great to stay at, and we’ve stayed at a few options on the island for lodging. The host was very communicative and made things so easy. The condo was gorgeous, I told my husband I’d live there! And it was extremely kid friendly. The twin beds have a trundle so 3 people can sleep in there comfortably. Everything we needed was at the condo in regards to the kitchen, towels, and toilet paper. This condo made our stay at SSI a true vacation. We’d book again if we have the option in the future!
