Located between 2nd Street and 3rd Street, the cottage is a very short and easy walk to multiple beach access points (0.2 miles to the beach access at the Coast Guard as well as on 3rd St). This island cottage has multiple living spaces for visitors to enjoy both inside and out!
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The rear den space has a fun decor with blue leather movie theater seating surrounding a large HD TV, DVD Player and sound system for playing all of your favorite tunes! One of the owner's favorite spaces is the large screened porch space with sofas and a dining table for eight which overlooks the private pool area.
The private pool (14x19), which can be heated ($45/night) upon request, is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The gas grill is ready to prepare family meals with your fresh catch of the day. Don't miss the convenient outdoor shower to wash down after a fun day at the beach. The front yard features an amazing sitting area with a gas fire pit and plenty of seating perfect for chilling out after a long day on the beach.
Entering the main level Primary Bedroom Suite is ... just sweet! The spacious bedroom has a king bed with wide sliding glass doors allowing guests to enter the screened porch space directly from the bedroom. The large walk-in closet can easily fit a pack n play for young children. The Primary Bathroom is exceptionally decorated featuring a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, private water closet and double vanity.
The second level offers four additional guest bedrooms. The first bedroom is considered a Second Primary Bedroom Suite. Overlooking the pool area, this wonderful escape offers a king bed, seating area, a large HD TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower as well as hallway access. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both bunk suites each offering a double bed with a twin bunk bed above. One of the bunk rooms has its own en suite bathroom with a tub/shower while the second bunk room shares the hall bath with the second king bedroom upstairs.
