The staff was very friendly, the property and surroundings were in great shape and my room was awesome. Very comfortable, up to date nice decor, USB outlets everywhere you need one. Right off the highway, plenty of easy parking and close to some good restaurants.
The staff was nice at check in. I had a standard room with a king size bed. The room size was great and very clean. I would recommend this hotel and ii would stay here again.
They didn’t notify us that the facility is under major construction/remodel so dusty everywhere, no swimming pool, no fitness facilities, and for breakfast we had to walk to another building around back…
They waited a few days after reservation was made to tell us of the fiasco
The front desk was welcoming and friendly. She apologized for teu mess as it was under renovations. They put me up in a new room with my dog. Nice remodel. Everything was clean. They had an alternate location to serve breakfast because their area was under remodel it did not keep them from providing that service. Would recommend staying here.
Upon check-in the noise from the remodel made it very difficult to hear the guy checking us in and he politely repeated himself. Very pleasant gentleman. The room was clean but what was odd is that the tv was in front of the bed instead of the sitting area where the EXTREMELY HARD couch was so when you sat on couch you just had a huge blank wall to look at??? The tv channels were very limited and what you did watch lagged so bad you couldn’t watch bc of being blurry. Then you can hear all the remodeling going on and the people above us must of had kids bc at 6am you hear running and jumping and stomping- couldn’t go back to sleep. Because of the remodeling you had to leave the hotel and go behind it to another hotel to get your free breakfast . Turkey sausage, bacon scrambled eggs and b&gs. Fruit and cereal. Very friendly and food was good.then the elevator was out of service temporarily so we had to use stairs and walk through the remodel halls, not cool especially with back problems, thank goodness we didn’t have luggage. And upon leaving there was no luggage cart , people don’t return them from rooms so we had to wait till we got one, the front desk took care of that for us.
