Additional amenities include flatscreen TVs and DVD players in every room, skylights, Galaxy granite in the kitchen, preferred cable, internet access, and an in-home washer and dryer. The complex has an elevator, heated shared pool and hot tub, grill, and covered parking.

This central location is near many area attractions and trolley access. Oceanside 405 is central to Florida's theme parks and within walking distance of several great restaurants!

The pool and cabana are unavailable at this time until further notice due to hurricane damages.



Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras in the parking area.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
