Third-floor studio in the exclusive Beso Del Sol resort with spectacular views of St. Joseph's Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Within walking distance of picturesque downtown Dunedin, with easy access to Honeymoon and Caladesi islands, and St. Andrews Links Golf Course. Elevator accessible, on-site laundry mat, gym and ample parking. Waterfront pool with heated jacuzzi. Guests can fish off the resort pier and dock their boats at the resort at a nominal fee. This unit is cute, clean and cozy. The sunset views on the water are beautiful. Our host was very accommodating and communication was prompt and thorough. We had a very nice stay!

Medically Complex and visually impaired single mother had the best time.
The property and the resort was amazing and accommodating and I was able to have the best time I could with my girls and making memories. Would 10/10 stay again if God grants me another chance.

Beautiful view from the balcony! Perfect place for us for visiting Dunedin.
We loved sitting out on the balcony, looking at the water and listening to the music. Condo had a very comfortable bed and all the amenities that we needed. Shower got an A+ :-)

Nice weekend retreat
Short bike ride to restaurants and breweries in Dunedin. Waterfront property, but don't expect a beach. On-site tiki bar has good drinks, but limited menu with ok food.

Beautiful view and lovely accommodation
This was an extremely clean and quiet place to stay. The tiki bar was not overly loud and closed by 10pm nightlly. The balcony was a wonderful spot to watch the water while enjoying coffee. It offered beautiful sunset veiws as well. The pool and spa were perfect, but wished it was open until 10pm. Highly recommend this place for a getaway.

Room was very nice. Pinellas Trail only 2 block away which allowed us to walk to downtown Dunedin (0.8 miles). Room was over tiki bar, but it closed at 10 pm so did not keep us awake at night.

Wonderful Accommodations
My husband and I took a few days to explore Caladesi Island and stayed in this lovely condo. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed and then some. It was the perfect amount of space for us. Our host was very responsive and gracious. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We have nothing but good things to stay. Would/will certainly stay again.

I loved the property. The room was very nice. It had a full fridge and kitchenette. There were many welcoming things. The deck, pool and hot tub were great. Couldn't beat the view. Easy to get lots of places by walking, Jolly Trolley and Uber. Near great shopping, food and art. Price very competitive. Helpful staff. Even though my unit is individually owned, resort staff and all amenities available. I will definitely stay there again.

Truly an oasis! Every detail was thought of down to sunscreen! The view and sunsets were outstanding. Loved there was a restaurant on the property as well as many within walking distance. Access to the Pinellas Trail was across the street. Downtown is a short walk with lots to do! We look forward to being back soon!

More than expected
Our host made our arrival easy as pie. Much appreciated after a long day of traveling. Unexpectedly, while getting ready to go to bed, my husband had a seizure and had to be hospitalized for 3 nights. I was so grateful for such a nice, safe place to come to when I could get away from the hospital for a few minutes. Tanya was so kind and concerned along with Donna who works there. I will return!

Everything you need, in a great location
Our room directly overlooked the ocean . . . What a great view to see when you first wake up. Or any time, really! In spite of being over the pool area, our balcony doors blocked out all noise, so our quiet hours were, indeed, quiet. Good bed, enough space to store our 2 bikes. The very small kitchenette had good basics (toaster, coffee pot, fridge, micro, 2-burner cooktop) and was very clean. We would happily stay here again!

The property was just as described. Everything was new and clean in the suite. Great location. It is a little confusing when using the two pools on site as one is owned by the property and the one directly under the unit is owned/leased thru someone else. But once we figured this out, had a great day at the pool. Would come back again!

Great room with stunning views of sunsets. Room was fantastic, exactly as shown on website, easy check in and check out with no issues whatsoever. Our rental car had a dead battery our first morning and roadside assistance from rental company failed to show up. The maintenance guys saw our hood up and jumped the battery and even loaned us their jumper cables in case it happened again! Top notch facilities and employees.

The condo was fantastic with an incredible direct waterfront view. The sunsets were absolutely wonderful from the third floor balcony. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short three night stay. As others mentioned, it is directly above the Marker 8 pool and bar. With the balcony door closed, the noise was minimal. Marker 8 is open from noon to 10pm, so it did not interfere at all with our sleep. The host was FANTASTIC! Helpful and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Quick weekend
Very nice accommodation for the weekend, despite the air conditioner being out of order. Property mgr handled the situation very professionally. There is a restaurant/bar and adult pool below. Be prepared for music, laughing and a lot of loud conversations until about 10pm. Then they are closed and it is silent. The view from our balcony was fantastic ….. sea birds and dolphins and we think we saw some manatee activity. Short drive to honeymoon island state park and beach , as well as downtown Dunedin. Enjoyed our get away.
