Great Stay, highly recommend
Great, safe location, great neighborhood. 6min drive to the Indian Rocks Beach. Walking distance to the Bonner park and access to the waterway. 3mins drive to Publix, Walmart, gas station and can ride bike pretty much everywhere. Well kept apartment complex with the pool, very nice apartment. High speed internet available. Friendly, responsive host. Would stay again, no question.

Great Location
Condominium complex was very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were pristine. The neighbors are super friendly and there are so many places to walk and ride your bike. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The biggest issue we had is that bicycle theft is common and we had to bring our bikes inside at night which meant walking them up one flight of stairs. We were also disappointed that there is no kayak rental at the complex since kayaking was mentioned in the listing. The unit is a really nice size but wish there had been more space for food in the kitchen. The non-stick pans needed replacing. The carpet needed cleaning in the living room which is why I gave a 4 star rating. When all is said, we would rent this unit again. We had a great month.

The area was beautiful and the complex itself was well maintained. Nice amenities. But the unit was old and outdated, no king size bed as advertised. Its was a full size. Not enough towels and washcloths. Pots and pans were completely scratched and cleaning implements needed to be replaced.

The property is an older condo in a gated community in a great location. The host is very accommodating and wants you to enjoy your stay. The unit is across the driveway from one of the properties pools. There is a nature park within a minutes walk from the unit. There are many more amenities on the property and within walking distance. We went for sun and nature and we had easy access to both from this stay.
