The Cabana Spa & Beach House is located directly across the street from the beach. Walk through your own private entrance to the beach. This allows families who travel together to still have privacy and yet be together at the same time. From the time i clicked & reserved the home, my questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The listing was accurate, the location was private but easy to get to, and it was ideal for what we wanted. Its in a very nice suburban area only blocks from the busier tourist area. The north beach area is lively & we walked during low tide daily. The backyard was a garden with flowers, green and the pool/hot tub. I look forward to my next stay.❤️

Wonderful rental
Loved the home and the heated pool and hot tub. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, such a quick walk to a beautiful beach. Must watch the sunset on the beach! The house has many helpful extras. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard. The middle of the island is very crowded and expensive to park. The end of the island where the house is located is quiet. Definitely recommend this property.

Quaint beach cottage
This cottage has everything we needed. It is a short walk to the gulf and located in a pleasant neighborhood that is close to almost. When we were there, we practically had the beach to ourselves.

Beautiful backyard in paradise!
The backyard pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The 2 minute walk to the quiet beach allowed us quick access to enjoy walks on the beach, wading in the water and watching the sunset. The street is quiet and beds are comfortable. A private and relaxing oasis! We couldn’t have imagined a better vacation.

Location of Everything and the Gulf Foot steps Away
This was our second time staying here. We love the location of everything so close and in a very relaxing setting. It is very nice in a very quite residential neighborhood. Also, it is a pet friendly home so that worked excellent for us considering we have 2 little guys. A+. I do not have a bad thing to say about the home and YES i would recommend this location.

Fantastic Beach home
This is a fantastic beach home for a small family. Very clean, perfect location with very short walk to beach. Pool, hot tub and outdoor shower were great...definitely staying there again!!! Mike B ( Massachusetts )

Great location
Great location and awesome pool. The pictures are a bit deceiving. For example there was no outdoor shower and other things were just different cosmetically. Also they need to get rid of the two lounge chairs that are in horrible condition. Overall, super happy and would stay here again!

Love this place
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. The house has everything we need. The fenced in backyard is great for the dog and is a great place to gather. Having a pool and a hot tub are an added bonus. The property owner is great to work with. We hope to make this a yearly trip!

Wonderful house, wonderful location!
This is the second time our family of 4 has stayed here. Even though it’s only one bathroom, we make it work even with two teenagers! The location cannot be beat in the quiet area of Caralouel/North Beach. It is so peaceful and quiet and we practically had the beach to ourselves. Being able to walk out the back gate and be right at the beach was incredible! Our 13 and 14 year old children were able to go out and explore and ride bikes safely every day and night because there is hardly any traffic on this part of the island. We love the Caralouel area. We can’t wait to stay there again some time

A perfect stay!
We couldn't ask for anything more in this lovely home. We had the best time of our lives! We enjoyed our own private pool and the beautiful ocean was only steps away. Seriously, this was the best family vacation we ever had! And the best part for us... our dog, Buddy, got to join us! (Not always easy to find this) The house was immaculate, cozy, and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!
We absolutely loved this home and our experience! The place was very clean and was ready for us when we arrived. The owner was also very attentive to all of our needs and questions. Regarding the house itself, the outside area is fabulous with the pool and awesome hot tub, but the location to the beach is out of this world. We also liked that the house was in a residential area, so the beach was more private! Perfect for any family! Additionally, having our dog with us, really made the trip, and with the beach being dog friendly, it was just fantastic! Our favorite thing to do was before dinner walk to the beach, that seemed to be when everyone was out, and let our dog run free as our family walked behind. Really a special experience and can't wait to go back! Thank you for helping us create unforgettable family memories!

Pool pump not working upon arrival. Was not fixed until 6th day of our stay. Hot tub was broken. Unable to use it. Outside garbage containers were full upon arrival. Interior furnishings old and outdated. Backyard grass and landscaping was shoddy. Pictures make the place look better than it really is!

Always perfect!
This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed at Julia’s place and we absolutely love it! Having the pool and the hot tub are a vacation in itself! The beds are comfy, towels are plentiful. Having the washer and dryer are such a bonus! The house sits on a dead end street across from the beach and it’s a quiet neighborhood. This time of year (the last week of summer) is a perfect time of year for beach vacations because it is hot during the day and cooler in the morning and evening. The pool was so nice. We spent every day swimming. (Red tide kept us away from the beach. However we saw plenty of people walking the beach. We just chose to stay in the pool) The fruit basket was such a pleasant surprise as we had our 2 year old granddaughter and she was able to get her fill!! There were pool floaters, beach chairs, nice grill, Keurig (and regular coffee pot), plenty of pots and pans, toaster, crock pot. These are items we typically bring with us so it was nice that the house had everything we could possibly need. You will not be disappointed here! I look forward to our trip in 2019!!

Cute House just Steps to the Sand
We had a great time this past week in Clearwater. This house is cute and met our needs. The listing is just as pictured with the exception of the backyard and flooring. Flooring looks to have once been carpet and has now been upgraded to a wood looking tile (much nicer and easier to keep clean). The backyard is a bit unkept compared to the pictures. It could use some attention. The plants are overgrown, the pond water smelled bad, all the grass has died and there are weeds coming up in the cracks. With as much time as we spent out by the pool, I would have liked this area to be better taken care of. My only other complaint would be the AC unit. We had pretty good weather- not too hot and the AC unit had a hard time keeping the house cool all the time. I would hate to see how hot it gets in the later parts of Summer. Despite these things, we had a wonderful time. The location was perfect- super close to the beach and farther down from the tourist areas. Closer to the pier was PACKED but we practically had the beach to ourselves here. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is falling apart. The wiring is so messed up that none of the light switches work. The dishwasher has never been fixed (read previous posts) and was not usable. There were utensils that had caked on food, I believe due to the faulty dishwasher. The air conditioning is on its last leg. The owner asks you to empty a bucket and to not turn the air below 75. The shower rod and another curtain rod are actually not attached to anything and if touched fall down. There is broken furniture in the extra room. When we got there the cleaning crew said they had terrible renters before us… the house was clean but there was trash and dog poop left in the yard. We had to cleanup the backyard before we could use it. We never got into the hot tub because it was dirty and had to call management to get the pool cleaned. And last is the landscaping is so overgrown. Should have stayed home.

House is Terrible
The location and pool are the only nice things about this house. Upon arrival on Saturday, the property manager let us know the dishwasher was not working and that there was a foul smelling coming from it. Someone eventually came out Tuesday and again on Wednesday to fix the dishwasher and rid it of the smell. This was super inconvenient to making plans as we did not want to leave all of our belongings and our small dog alone in the home while maintenance was in and out. We also could not get the TV in the living room to work. This was also mentioned in a review from June 25th. After texting the property manager Sunday with no success, she came by with her husband Monday afternoon. They had to take the TV off the wall and replace the HDMI cord to fix it. In addition to checking the TV and dishwasher, she also had to come check on the A/C unit which was leaking water into a red bucket in the closest. We stumbled upon this issue ourselves Sunday when the hallway floor and bathroom were covered in water. We opened the door to the A/C unit and there was a large red bucket overflowing with water. We dumped the water and used all of the clean towels we had to clean the floor up. After texting the property manager about this, she said “it is just so hot the unit cannot keep up” and that we would need to dump the bucket daily. This extra chore was never mentioned in the description or upon arrival. When fixing the TV, she did empty the bucket (in the sink next to our toothbrushes) but did nothing else to fix the issue. We continued to have to dump the bucket at least twice a day during our stay which is completely unacceptable. No apologies or efforts to fix the issue. The bathroom door and closet door have visible water damage which makes me assume this has been a long standing issue. One of the two kitchen chairs were broken as well. The pillows and furniture were stained. The location is great and the pool was nice. Better care should be taken on the inside. The baseboards and doors all need a good scrub, too. My 8 year old even mentioned house gross the bathtub was.
