Updated Ground Floor Unit - Steps to Pool & Beach

You will feel like you’re on vacation the moment you step into this 2 bedroom, 2 bath poolside condo located on the ground floor. It has been recently updated with new furnishings, decor, and all new paint. This coastal retreat offers a living room that includes a spacious leather sectional along with a comfortable leather swivel recliner to relax and enjoy the flat panel cable TV with DVD player. The kitchen has updated appliances and cabinets, granite countertops, and an ample supply of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and small appliances. The dining table can seat up to six. The large main bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. In the master bedroom suite, you will find a queen bed along along with a large dresser and closet for plenty of storage. There is also an attached 3/4 master bath with shower. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and twin sized bed as well as four drawer dresser for you clothes to move in and feel like home during your stay.

Step outside and you are just seconds away from swimming or lounging in the refreshing, heated pool or enjoying a meal or snack at the picnic tables with umbrellas. You can also enjoy a game of shuffleboard with the cues and discs that are provided. The white sand of Madeira Beach is a few more steps away where you can relax and do all of those things that you think of for a beach vacation. Also, you can take in some of the most beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. One of the most popular attractions, after the beach and swimming of course, is John’s Pass Village. Located directly across the street, The Pass is a quaint, turn-of-the-century fishing village and is Pinellas County’s #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. You will also often see dolphins swimming in the water of John's Pass just off of the boardwalk on the south end of the village. All of this is available to you with a short walk across the street or on the sidewalk under the John’s Pass drawbridge.

When staying in a SunHost unit, linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are always provided. You will have access to 7 day a week office staff and office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes, etc.). We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Free Wifi, cable TV, and telephone for local calls are also provided.
