Top Rated Downtown Dunedin condo! No damage during either hurricanes as this property is out of the flood zone! Do you love downtown Dunedin? If so, be part of the downtown with this 2 bedroom apartment ON MAIN STREET above Sterling Wine store. New slim a/c unit has been installed in the living room which provides heat & air. Second floor unit is in the back of the building so it is quiet but no elevator. Recently remodeled including professional decorating and high end furniture from stores such as Z Gallerie. Master includes a king bed, large closet and plenty of dressers/storage. Guest room has twin over full bunk bed and large dresser as well. Dunedin is a quaint little town full of shops and delicious restaurants. Saturday market, festivals, a marina and so much more! The Pinellas Trail is a block away for traversing the county by bike or foot! Assigned parking space in adjacent lot. Utilities included. Inside washer & dryer (closet). Property was as advertised. Superior location. Everything was a walkable location. Furnishings and accoutrements were spot on. Extremely comfortable home like feeling. Could not have been more satisfied with the accommodations. Would recommend unequivocally and return without hesitation.

Fantastic Location and Host!

We stayed here for two weeks while we had some home renovations done. It was clean, quiet and the perfect location! I can't tell you how many awesome meals and beverages we enjoyed being in the heart of downtown!

Second time renting here
Perfect location in the middle of town, and close to family. Very clean, and kitchen well stocked. Bed is comfortable. This is second time here and hopefully will be available for future visits.

The condo was beautifully decorated and in the perfect location for everything there is to do in Dunedin. Shops, restaurants, bars, the pier…all in walking distance. Washer and dryer in unit made it easy to stay for an extended period of time. Full kitchen was convenient too. We loved it.

This beautiful Apt is centrally located and convenient just about everything. It is well maintained, beautifully decorated and well stocked. On street parking is your best bet.

This unit offers the benefit of location, location, location. Situated in the heart of downtown Dunedin, you never need to use your car. A few hundred yards from Florida's premier Pinella Trail, you are within walking/biking distance of so many wonderful shops and restaurants.

Location, location, location!
This was one of our favorite stays in Florida. The rental was clean, updated, and so easy to use with the parking located directly behind the unit. We loved being able to head out the door and walk to the many restaurants and shops in Dunedin. My favorite thing to do was to bike and run along the bike trail which runs directly through the town. And on most nights after dinner, we caught the sunset at the end of the pier. Thank you for our wonderful stay in Dunedin!

This property is beautifully decorated and in an ideal location but the condo was not clean when we arrived. There was a lot of dog hair on the couch and pillows because the owner stayed there with her pet/pets following the hurricane. One pillowcase had black markings on it and we were told that it was from the washer. I’m not buying this explanation. The air conditioner needs cleaned because it had blew some dirt on the credenza and floor. Lauren sent someone over to address these concerns but we shouldn’t have had these issues in the first place. Also the shower has no place for your soap, shampoo, or wash cloth.

Perfect location and stellar apartment!
Stayed here 2 weeks in Jan 2023 and definitely will be a return guest. Listing is just as pictured, very clean, beautifully appointed, and literally right in the heart of downtown Dunedin. The building houses Stirling Wine Bar on street level, and this unit (A) is the back apartment of two apartments on the 2nd story. The downstairs wine bar has live music nightly, but shuts down the outside patio by 10-ish every night (maybe 11 on weekends). We had a car, but it's really not necessary as everything is within walking (or biking) proximity. Dunedin Green Market is steps outside your front door on Fri/Sat. Beach access via Honeymoon Island. Property Mgr responded immediately to any questions. I highly recommend this property! Thanks for the great stay!!

Perfect Dunedin Stay
With a funeral to attend and activities over several days, we opted for a VRBO instead of a hotel. Location is excellent. This condo sits right downtown and there are MANY food and beverage options within walking distance - from casual coffee, to sushi to Waterfront Dining. The condo is lovely and feels much more like someone's home than a rental. Decor is tasteful and well appointed. There are stairs to get to the front door, so not handi-cap accessible. Despite being downtown the condo was quiet, possibly aided by the in-wall A/C units. This is a place I would rent again. Twenty minutes from Sand Key, 20 minutes from Tarpon and lots of great walking/running trails throughout the town.
