The Coastal Cottage

Welcome to our two bedroom Coastal Cottage, a beach themed home with a relaxing landscaped yard. Bedrooms with queen size beds allow for a peaceful night of sleep. A spacious updated kitchen with dining for 4. 2 relaxing outdoor sitting areas; one with a Sunsail shade, Adirondack chairs, outdoor grille (available upon request). Free WiFi, Cable TVs in each bedroom & living room. Some bottled water & coffee is provided to get you started. Our Cottage offers easy access to downtown & the beaches. Entry is through a common area into the Anteroom leading to private quarters (3 steps)

Great short stay in the heart of St Pete!

Great stay in St. Pete
My friend and I had a great time staying at the cottage in St. Pete. Everything was clean and the home was very comfortable! Steve was great with communicating and fast to respond when I had a problem (my fault) with the locks. Thanks so much, we'll definitely stay with you again if in the area!

An Amazing Cozy Home
We were so impressed with everything about this sweet, cozy cottage. The owner was incredible - his home was clean, safe, comfortable and just perfect! He was so quick to communicate with us and we loved everything about this wonderful place! Also, it's centrally located to everything! Our favorite places to visit were Mazzaro's Italian Market, Kristina's Cafe, St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Pete.

Cozy little house. The beds were super comfortable. The back yard had a nice seating area with a grill. Unfortunately, it was a little too cold outside to use it. Would stay here again.

Cute little cottage
My daughter and I stayed here for about 5 days, and this was the perfect space for us. The hosts were friendly and had great communication, provided many different resources for places to to eat in the area, and provided a few water/sodas to get us started. The outdoor area was setup nicely, even though it was a bit too cold to enjoy. I would forsure stay here again the next time we visit the area!

The place was nice….a little dated. Didn’t realize it was on a main road. A little farther than I thought from Tropicana. It was clean but older than I expected and bathroom was very small for 2 bedroom.

Wonderful stay at The Coastal Cottage
This is our 2nd time staying at Steve's wonderful accommodation and we will make it a 3rd time next year. His cottage is very spacious, clean, and located perfectly for getting around St. Pete! Great little vintage cottage
Steve is a wonderful host. Beds are very comfortable. Shower could have a little better pressure. Had a few A/C issues but Steve was very quick to take care of. Very close to all attractions and beaches. Overall was a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again!

St. Pete rental
Steven's apartment was wonderful! Great location, 2 good sized, comfortable bedrooms, spacious apartment with large living area and large kitchen. Very clean! He was very accommodating, letting us drop our luggage off early, and responded quickly to any questions we had about the apartment and surrounding area. Would definitely rent from him again!!

Awesome Value
Stayed for father's day weekend/wedding. Was an adorable property. Clean, secluded, and convenient. Two Bedrooms with queen beds and one bath. The house has been semi re done. Meaning a beautiful new shower and kitchen. Was nice to relax in the front area. It's like a little sitting area. Watched some movies on netflix and had a glass on wine on the back porch. The house is located on a busy street but you couldn't hear the traffic or sirens which was nice. I would recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in st pete.

We would stay here again. Location is great, check in and out couldn’t be easier. This rental had everything our family of 4 needed for a week’s stay. It was thoughtfully decorated and prepared for guests. We could tell the host cared. Highly recommend.
