The Avalon Royal Dream; Cozy, Spacious, and Intimate

Enjoy long sunsets and intimacy with friends and family in the apartment of your dreams, 10 minutes away from the beach.
The unit has two separate and opposed bedrooms, each one coming with its own walk-in closet and bathroom. They are united by a spacious living room giving on the kitchen, the laundry room and the balcony.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and a TV and the second bedroom contains 2 double size beds. The living room has 2 sofas, one of which is a queen size sleeper sofa, a TV and a dining section with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully featured with a fridge, stove, microwave, double sink, and a dishwasher along with the necessary utensils and dishware to fill it up. The laundry room features both a washing and a drying machine, and the balcony, the chairs and table necessary for appreciating the majesty of each sunset.

High speed Wi-Fi access, television cable and calls in the US and Canada are provided free of charge.

The apartment is located in the Avalon gated community on the 3rd and last floor of a walkup building. This means both a vaulted ceiling and that nothing will be trampling over your heads.
For your trip to the beach: beach towels, beach umbrella, portable chairs and cooler are also available for guests use.
We provide a small starter supply of disposable household necessities for your stay: shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher pod (detergent), laundry detergent pod, paper towels, toilet paper.
The building is located 2 minutes away from the community pool, gym room and clubhouse, and particularly well established and easily accessible within the complex.

The complex itself is in a choice spot as well. It has a restaurant with fresh food for all tastes in its immediate vicinity and, right on the other side of the street, a shopping center constituted among others of a Big Lots convenience store, a Publix supermarket, a Dollar Tree and a drug store.

Rates are based on 4 guests; add $15 per night, per additional guest.
Upon completion of booking, we require a valid ID for short term rental application with the complex's administration.

We enjoyed our stay at the Avalon
Awesome condo and pool in a great location. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to make some delicious dinners. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

Perfect Place for Family of 4
Place was well-suited for our family of four. Very nicely decorated-had a cozy feel to it and well stocked, with comfortable beds and furniture. Grounds were beautiful and we made good use of the pool and workout room. Owners were great to work with, very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! The pictures online portrayed the condo just as it is in person. Good location, close to Clearwater and a lot of great places to eat close by. The check in and check out process was seamless. The pool on-site was warm and very nice. Great location and area for families. We would stay here again!!

I cannot rave enough about this property. It was very clean and well-maintained. The place has an elegant beach vibe and was super spacious for our small family of three. We found the beds to be very comfortable. It is also conveniently located, with just a quick drive to restaurants and beaches. We were able to visit two different beaches in our short few day stay. It was nice to retreat from the beach crowds to this quiet little oasis. We most enjoyed the balcony and the pool!

Our family really enjoyed this property. It was easy to get to the beaches. When it was too windy for the beach, the pool was great! We were able to use the inside and outside tables to entertain family that also was visiting the area. The kitchen had all the necessities and made preparation of meals a breeze. We would definitely recommend this location to others!!

The Avalon
We chose the Avalon off of VRBO for our first snowbird experience. Based on the reviews and what we thought would be a comfortable place to spend our time, we were 100% satisfied with our condo and all that it offered. Christian and Cristina were wonderful hosts and simply put, we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The condo was supplied with everything a family or couple would need for a their beach vacation. Highly recommend renting from Christian and Cristina.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable
This was the perfect place to stay. The condo is very comfortable and has everything that is needed to have a wonderful vacation. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite ends of the condo, which worked great for our family. 10-15 minutes to Clearwater Beach. A great casual restaurant is by the entrance to the complex. We will definitely return to this apartment if coming to Clearwater again.

Everything was well communicated before check in and during the stay. The space was nicely laud out. Bedrooms on opposite sides. The space was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The hosts were thoughtful in having beach chairs and beach toys for you to use. Great location. About 10 minutes from beach. Grocery store across the street. Would highly recommend. If we are ever back in that area, would stay there again.

We loved it!
The place had a great layout for our family of five, and we loved having two bathrooms. Our oldest ended up using the pullout couch in the living room and we just left it out all week, since we weren’t around much during the day and it really wasn’t in the way. We spent a lot of time on the porch! The pool was wonderful. Sometimes it was hard to find lounge chairs, but it was Spring Break week. What we thought was a hot tub, was actually a fountain, but the pool was very warm so it all worked out. In case that info is helpful to anyone! 😉 The kitchen included lots of basics, plus a few handy extras like spices and coffee filters. Each trash can did have a few extra bags underneath, but I’d bring a couple extra kitchen size bags along, rather than do what we did and go out to buy a box.

Home away from home!
Can’t say enough positive things about our Avalon stay. Cristian and Cristina were amazing, so responsive and took the extra time to make sure we were comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and couldn’t want for anything. The place was totally equipped beyond belief. A fully stocked kitchen including a garlic press, blender, plus wine glasses and champagne flutes. I even had everything I needed to make our adult daughter a birthday cake. All appliances were in great working order (dishwasher, oven, micro, washer/dryer etc.) The location was perfect. We could walk across the street to a strip mall that included Publix, the Dollar store and others. The convenient location of Abe’s Place Tap & Grill (across the parking lot) and ‘Our Place’ (across the street which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner) afforded us the opportunity to eat there or carry when we didn’t want to cook. We thoroughly enjoyed the ‘heated’ pool and security gates/locks. We had everything we needed to go to the beach which was a short drive away. Met a lot of nice people and can’t wait to return!
