Sunset Vistas-Beach/Water FRONT- 2 bed/2 bath, Free WiFi + Covered Parking

Treasure Island and Sunset Vistas are recovering from the 2024 hurricanes nicely! There are more restaurants and shops opening up in Treasure Island every day! There was NO damage to this unit, however there was some exterior damage to the fence around the pool, and to the boardwalk/Tiki Bar at Sunset Vistas and repairs are currently underway!
As Sunset Vistas continues its recovery efforts from the recent hurricanes, we are pleased to share that progress has been steady; however, we wanted to inform you of a new development that may impact your stay.
The main pool heater now needs to be replaced, and due to high demand, the delivery and installation is scheduled for mid-March, (possibly sooner). However, both Jacuzzis on the property are heated and fully operational, as they utilize a separate heating system.
As mentioned above, exterior renovations are ongoing. The PVC pool fencing is being replaced with more durable metal fencing. Additionally, the boardwalk area in front of the Tiki Bar is being upgraded with new pavers and cozy fire pits. In the meantime, the Tiki Bar has been temporarily relocated to the Cafe. While these improvements will enhance the property, they may not be complete by your arrival.
On a brighter note, John's Pass is now approximately 90% open, with more restaurants and shops reopening daily. We will provide you with the latest list of available establishments either via email or in your unit upon arrival.

* There is a fully renovated, fully equipped Kitchen with Quartz Counter Tops, Shaker Style Cabinets, and Stainless Steel appliances.
* This unit is DIRECT Gulf/Beach Front, facing the water.
* FREE WiFi included and FREE COVERED Parking.
* This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo sleeps 6 with a KING bed in the Main bedroom, Queen in the 2nd bedroom, and additional Queen Sofa bed in the Living room.
* There is a large Balcony with DIRECT Gulf/Beach Front views for viewing Beautiful Sunsets!
* You can access the Balcony from the Living room and Main bedroom.
* There's a Breakfast Bar in the Dining room/Kitchen with LED under counter and bar lighting, with seating capacity for 6-8 people.
* The Living room has a 4K Samsung 55" flat screen TV, and a Natuzzi Leather Queen size Sofa Bed with upgraded mattress.
* The Main Bedroom has a 43" ROKU TV, a KING size Bed and an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.
* The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed, flat screen TV and a second full bath with a large shower right off of the Kitchen.
* A TV in each bedroom for a total of 3 TV's.
* A Cafe' on site. (The Tiki Bar is temporarily in the Cafe)
* The location of this complex is close to everything!
* Treasure Island is a 20-30 minute drive to America's #1 rated Beach, Clearwater Beach.
* There is an ice cream shop right next door, and a convenience store right across the street.
* Johns Pass is right over the bridge with shops, restaurants, water activities, shopping, boat rentals, jet ski rentals and much more!
* There are many restaurants, beach front outdoor dining, ice cream store and shops within walking distance.
* The best part of being at the beach is watching the Sunset every night right from your balcony!

Beautiful Condo
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay inside and outside for the beach. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Communication with the owner was prompt. The sunset views from balcony are incredible! Will definitely will be returning in the future.

Superb Unit at Sunset Vista!
Unit was modern, updated and very clean. Exactly as advertised. Gorgeous beachfront and sunset views. Beach and pool never seemed too crowded. Really appreciated the beach chairs! If our family decides to come back to this part of the Gulf Coast, we will certainly check to see if this unit is available!

We had a fabulous stay. Everything about it was amazing. Access to the beach was easy, beach was fantastic, communication with owner easy, the unit spotless. Beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, beach towels available for use. You can rent an umbrella $20/daily and chairs $10/daily per. Bar right by the pool and many other activities. We had a blast.

The condo and all amenities were perfect and just what we were looking for! The property owner was amazing to work with! The condo is very clean and you can tell extra care goes into making sure it’s clean and perfect for guests. The view is amazing and easy access to food, bars and fun things to do. We definitely hope to stay there again!

We couldn't have asked for more. This property was exactly as listed. The owner provided everything we needed for our beach vacation. Towels, beach chairs, even sunscreen! Nice to have a small cafe and tiki bar on site. The pool was very popular and the sunsets were an added bonus! The next time we vacation in Treasure Island I would DEFINATELY choose this condo.

Wonderful Vacation!
We had the best time at Sunset Vistas and in this unit. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We will absolutely be back! Lots of fun in the sun, the heated pool was great and we saw quite a few dolphins everyday!
