BRAND NEW BUILDING with Elevator

UNIT 405 - This apartment is on the RIGHT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our NEW COASTAL STYLE BUILDING features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor.

UNIT 405 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.

Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrella and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.

There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID#2502594 (unit 406) for availability, and reserve both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

Loved it!

We loved this property! It had everything we needed, loved that there were boogie boards and all the toys. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture. Even the kitchenware was decent, which has not been our experience at other properties. Beautiful view, nothing like relaxing on the lanai, by the pool or on the beach to the sound of waves. Love the location too. We had no issues at all. Great place to stay!

The entire property was very clean. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Amazing views of the beach and ocean. Close to restaurants and within walking distance to everything you could need for your stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful beachfront and all the amenities you could ask for.

This property is clean, well furnished and absolutely perfectly located - steps from the beach and also from a wonderful diner, French bakery, and bar/restaurant. It’s also reasonable drive to Orlando if that’s in your plan.

ON the beautiful beach

Looks brand new and was immaculately clean. Small living room and no real dining room in our unit on the fourth floor. Great little kitchen with new appliances.The units on level 2 and 3 are larger. King bed was very comfortable.View and access to the beach are excellent. Nice heated pool and plenty of chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, life vests, etc.Has both covered and open parking. Elevator is right there.Many nearby great restaurants including 2 that are a one or 2 minute walk. Several grocery/Pharmacy stores nearby.Indian Rocks Beach is great. Safe and well kept and the local police keep a close eye on the area to keep it that way.Definitely enjoyed our stay!

IRB Relaxation Trip

Wonderful Accommodations

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It is newer and clean and has all of the amenities that you will need for a perfect beach vacation. Well-stocked inside and out! We were able to grab beach chairs and umbrellas every day just out by the pool. We enjoyed the sunset views from the balcony every evening. This is a perfect pick for anyone wanting to just bring their suitcase and relax on the beach.

Great location. Beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Convenient to many restaurants. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Although unit was a bit smaller it was very accommodating. Patrice was very accessible for any questions we had. The only recommendation I could offer would be updating the bedding in the master bedroom. Will definitely consider for future visits.

Tommy’s on the Beach is the PERFECT Beach House!!!

We just completed a month long stay at Tommy’s on the Beach and couldn’t be happier! The unit had everything we needed for a perfect vacation! The location is amazing…just steps from the beach and great restaurants. Patrice was a true pleasure to work with and her staff was very attentive. Maria and Dave were awesome, keeping everything clean and neat and checking with us to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend Tommy’s on the beach and look forward to another stay as soon as possible!

Wonderful condo!

Just wrapped up a fantastic week at Indian Rocks Beach and a key part was our “home away from home” for the week. The condo (#405) was perfect! Comfortable and well-furnished with a special attention to detail that is very unique in a rental (e.g., beach towels and bags, water toys, etc). The location is absolutely perfect as well. The beach is pretty much at the back door which makes for a quick margarita-refill run (no trudging through hot sand and over tall dunes or long walk way). We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Patrice for a great stay!

Lovely place all ways

The unit was incredibly clean when we arrived and was easily found and entered. It is of course right on the gulf. There are 2 kayaks and 3 paddle boards as well as numerous toys for children. Both bedrooms and the living area had TVs. The kitchen had most every conceivable cooking tools and machines. The only problem we had was quickly resolved by the on site person who came to our aid.
