Looking for a cozy and spacious home to stay in? This beautiful 2/1 home is the ideal place for you! Built to comfortably accommodate six people, this home has an oversized sectional that can sleep two additional people, along with a blow-up bed. Equipped with brand new gray large plank floors, quartz countertops, soft close gray cabinets, and brand new stainless-steel appliances, this home radiates modern comfort. The floor-to-ceiling marble tile bath comes with a rain shower system, providing a luxurious experience. The master bedroom features a queen-sized memory foam bed with a mounted flat screen, allowing you to enjoy your favorite movies in bed. If you prefer to relax outside, the large balcony offers the perfect spot to read your book while enjoying warm Florida sun. The secondary bedroom has a bunk bed with (2) twin mattresses and one full mattress. Additionally, the home has an oversized laundry mud room with new stackable washer and dryer, and plenty of counter space for folding. The large lanai is perfect for all your BBQs or simply to enjoy a drink while watching the beautiful sunset. The best part is that this home is only two short blocks away from Treasure Island’s warm sandy beaches, half a mile from the village area at John’s Pass, and just a few miles from St. Pete beach, which boasts plenty of restaurants and shopping along the way.

Wonderful stay Treasure Island!
This property is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, John's Pass and many restaurants & stores. The house is spacious & comfortable and is well equipped for the beach, cooking and grilling. I definitely recommend this location for an easy & restful beach vacation!

Perfect for beach week
Really nice and clean property and in a great location! We were able to walk to the beach and see fireworks for the 4th, had lots of room to spread out and the outdoor shower was perfect to rinse off all that pesky sand. Owner was easy to communicate with, will be a repeat customer for sure!

Very clean, well furnished, very comfortable beds, lovely decor. Great location in very nice residential area. 10 minute walk to access to wonderful beach. Lots of stores, restaurants, bars, entertainment within 12 - 15 minute walk. Owner very responsive to messages/questions.

We had a wonderful time! Our family of five (18,15, and 13-year-old kids) loved being able to walk to the beach and have access to all the wonderful restaurants close by. We had a great time jet skiing at Woody's Watersports too! Thank you!

Nice and Relaxing place to stay for perfect beach vacation
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just steps from the beach, this duplex unit is cozy, functional and surprisingly private. Loved sitting on the patio under huge spruce surrounded by tropical flowers while seeping on a cold drink. Kitchen is well equipped with super-quiet dishwasher. Loved the spacious dining table. Unit also has outdoor shower for a quick rinse off after the beach. Stores and restaurants a merely steps away. John's Pass village with fish market and Walt's Fish Shack is just a three minute drive. Loved every minute of our stay. Would come back again for sure!

Great location on Treasure Island
We just completed an excellent stay in this property. The property was exactly as advertised, very clean and spacious. Centrally located making all of Treasure Island (and nearby Johns Pass) walkable. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the stay!!
