The Pelican Suite is completely remodeled and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is very spacious with a king bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds and is perfect for the kids. The bathroom showcases a beautiful large walk-in shower, ideal for a long day at the beach. But the highlight of the Pelican Suite is large kitchen and living room areas, which really cater to guests looking for longer stays.

Sand Dune Suites is a stunning 4 suite fully remodeled boutique building located on quiet, pristine, and secluded Sunshine Beach, Treasure Island and only a short 5-minute leisurely walk to historic John's Pass Village hosting fantastic unique restaurants and shops. Each suite features new full kitchens stocked with all the essentials, bathrooms, flooring, appliances, furniture, bedding, washer/dryer, etc.


Sand Dune Suites is rich in history with the property previously hosting some the New York Yankees for spring training in the late 50's and early 60's including Whitey Ford, Mickey Mantle, and Yogi Berra!
