• GUESTS MUST FILLOUT ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO RECEIVE CHECK-IN INFORMATION
• Check-in: 5 PM - 10PM
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Park within the driveway or your car will be towed
• Observe neighborhood quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM
• Garbage/Recycling be taken to the road Sunday night and Wednesday night.
• Do not damage the property.

Pool Rules:
.Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk
• Do not touch or adjust the pool equipment ($500 will be charged if so)
• No diving & running in the pool area
• Children MUST be supervised in pool area and when swimming
• Do not bring glass or sharp objects in the pool area
